Very friendly atmosphere. Gary took time to explain each test and what they were for, which was very helpful. The glasses selection was little on the high end for me but otherwise excellent place with the latest in technology.

Dr. Gary Nguyen was born in Saigon, Vietnam and grew up in Mississipi and Texas. After doing undergraduate work at Stanford University and the University of Texas at Austin, he completed his doctor of optometry with honors at the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1999. He practiced for ten years with Texas State Optical before starting Eye Impact.
Patients appreciate Dr. Nguyen for his laid back demeanor and thorough examinations. He enjoys working with specialty contact lenses (multifocal, toric, extended wear), LASIK co-management, and dry eye management.
Dr. Nguyen is a PADI certified scuba diver and avid swimmer. He enjoys design/architecture and traveling around the world.

I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Nguyen. I liked that he explained every process of the exam as we went through it. I also liked the high tech equipment used at the office.
