I specified on zoc doc that the reason for my visit was for my annual skin check and to examine a rash. I was very disappointed that after a 30 minute wait, I was only seen for about 10 minutes for the rash and was told by the doctor I'd have to come back for a separate appointment for the skin check. I told the office manager on my way out that I'd requested a skin check and asked if I'd have to pay another copayment to come back. She pulled up my zoc doc info and confirmed my request, but said I couldn't be seen for both the rash and the skin check in one appointment and yes, I'd have to pay another copayment for another appointment. This just doesn't make sense to me, I will not be back.
