About Dr. April Boswell

Dr. Boswell is a board-certified dermatologist who has been practicing in Charlotte since 2009. She completed her undergraduate studies at Howard University in Washington, DC. She earned her medical degree and completed residency training in dermatology from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Following residency, Dr. Boswell moved to Charlottesville, Virginia to complete fellowship training in dermatopathology at the University of Virginia Health Center. Dr. Boswell is a well-regarded dermatologist in Charlotte who has been recognized as one of Charlotte’s Top Doctors within the community. She holds memberships in the American Academy of Dermatology, North Carolina Dermatology Association, and the National Medical Association. Dr. Boswell practices general dermatology with special interests in treating skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss, and complex medical dermatology conditions.
