The office is bad. Do not come and see this doctor

This review describes my experience at this doctor's office, which barely involved any interaction with the doctor himself, who seemed pleasant enough, but which was made pretty unpleasant by the receptionist and another doctor in this office.
I booked this appointment because I wanted to get tested quickly and there were many available appointments. Leading up to my appointment, I called ahead to confirm it and was told it was confirmed. However, when I got to the office, the extremely rude receptionist/nurse told me she had somewhere to be and couldn't take me. When I told her I'd confirmed over the phone, she begrudgingly relented.
The rest of that visit was fine. The nurse drew blood competently and the doctor told me I'd get a call when the results came back, which would be about a week.
A week and a day later, I called the office and asked if my results were in. After much rifling through papers and claiming there was no trace of me or my results on the part of the receptionist, and much insistence to the contrary on my part, my results were found and I was told that I had no option but to come to the office for them. No over-the-phone reading, no email.
When I got to the office, the doctor I'd seen before wasn't in, so another doctor whose name I don't recall read me my results. His bedside manner was hilariously atrocious. He went through each disease I'd been tested for and gave a suspenseful preamble about it before telling me I'd tested negative for it. I alternated between terror and laughing out loud at his approach to results-reading.
Overall this was a terrible experience. If you're looking to get tested quickly and conveniently, you'd probably be better off going with an office with fewer available appointments but better reviews and easier results-sharing policies.

Awful. The office is dirty, cluttered and unprofessional. He barely spoke to me and it seemed like he didn't know English. Once I was diagnosed he was unhelpful.
