I was told that I have a serious virus condition and I feel the news was devastating but other than the doctor trying to a new medicine for it, I didn't get a lot of clarity or empathy. When you hear any such news, you expect empathy or understanding from your doctor and I didn't get either, I was fogged in the head and trying my best to ask questions of what should I do. Other than being told my medication prescribtion has been sent to the pharmacy, I got no info on resting or any other things I can do to feel better. No words of affirmation or anything to feel that path to recovery will be manageable. I won't be visiting again, last thing I want is unsympathetic treatment when I am being told I am terribly sick
Would see again!

Excellent.
Great!
I was late to my next appointment because I didn’t account for a Dr. who wants to chat and provide the best service available. I’m used to being pushed out of the office as quick as possible to facilitate rapid turnover.
