To realize my objective of providing services that are both Caring and Comprehensive, I developed expertise in both Neuropsychological Evaluations and Psychotherapy. Neuropsychological Evaluations are individualized to address the specific issues of each person.
For children and adolescents, and for young adults who are continuing their education, Neuropsychological Evaluations clarify if an individual has a specific learning disorder, or general problems related to memory or learning, or whether problems maintaining attention (such as ADHD) are interfering with academic achievement.
For adults who have an Acquired Brain Injury, from either head trauma or illness, these Evaluations determine the extent of a person’s disability, and what special supports and programs are indicated to alleviate their disability. For the elderly, Neuropsychological Evaluations clarify—for both the individual and his or her family—the range of services that are required to insure safety and at the same time protect the person’s quality of life.
