Wait time was over an hour and a half from my set appointment. The staff was not attentive, not friendly, not accommodating. The provider did not feel like he cared. The consultation it self was short and brief. I did not feel confident with the things he said.

The office didn't have any record of my documents that I had taken the time to scan and upload through Zocdoc, making the time I took doing so pointless.

I saw Dr. George Tang April 13th 2023. The office was nice and staff were friendly. Wait time was reasonable. Dr. Tang was personable and knowledgable and listened to me, including giving me a chance to ask some questions. I will return to Dr. Tang in the future (if necessary).
Note: The office is surrounded by Huntington Hospital and has its own parking lot.

OMG my visit was so incredibly positive and reassuring. As of this very minute i will NEVER do business with any other orthopedics and always with Huntington Orthopedics. Dr. Tang made eye contact with me and was patient and listened to every single thing i said. I had already seen 3 other orthopedics within a year prior to my visit with Dr. Tang yesterday. Dr. Tang gave me so much positive reassurance i was starting to cry. Thank you so very much for your incredible staff and office. You made this patient happy and so very hopeful and thankful. This place focuses more on profits than patient care. Every time, multiple reminders to make sure you bring your copay to the appointment, but the wait to see the doctor is always at least 45 minutes from the appt time and doctor has no bedside manners. Admin has no basic respect and I saw them call people the wrong name more than once. It gets so crowded that there was no seating in the waiting room at my last appointment and masks are not required nor worn by most of the staff.

spaces so that you can find your car as you are leaving.

The receptionist at the front desk was terse, borderline rude. Everyone else was amazing tho. Dr. Tang had performed surgery on me a few years ago, and I was quite happy with him and the results. I am confident he will target and fix my latest Ortho issues. As he says, "We have a plan."

Arrived to appointment 15 minutes prior and had to wait an hour for insurance to be verified. Once insurance was verified, I was sent to another lobby to sit and wait to be called back with no instructions. After 20 minutes of waiting, I got X-ray’s which were completed in less than 5 minutes, Totally Rushed!!!! Then returned back to the lobby and waited an additional 10 minutes before being called to see Dr. Tang. Once in the examination room to meet the doctor, I waited for another 10 minutes or so. By the way, VITALS WERE NOT TAKEN, nurse just said the doctor will see you, shortly!!!! Upon meeting Dr. Tang, my initial impression was that he had no concern and lack of interest in my issues, felt VERY COLD!!!! The overall examination of my knees was about 7 minutes and Dr. Tang said get an MRI then call for follow up. This felt like a Fast Food place get patients in and out very quickly!!! I would ADVISE anyone seeking medical care from this place should definitely, STAY AWAY!!!!

Dr Tang was easy to talk to, spent time listening to my concerns, and explained everything thoroughly. I called the office and good thing i did as the appointment i booked wasn’t available and they said zocdoc doesn’t sync with their calendar so i recommend calling to follow up.

Almost one hour waiting. Then the Doctor's appointment was really fast, not much information was exchanged by the doctor, probably lasted 5 minutes or less, just informed my problem but no more details, like what is the origin of the problem, how could I avoid it in the future, etc

I’ve only seen Dr Tang twice and both times were for face to face consultation of a minor injury. I just needed a peace of mind confirmation my injury was not serious. DR Tang was very helpful and reassuring. I have not needed any further in depth service yet.

Everyone was efficient and friendly. Dr. Tang was able to give me a diagnosis and recommendations very quickly. He was also very good at explaining my issue, and why he was making his recommendations to resolve it.
