I had a easy time with booking my appointment with Dr. Blumberg through ZocDoc online. I found the office via gps with Google Maps with no trouble at all. There is abundant parking available because the parking lot is huge. I checked in, signed paperwork and provided my insurance card with the office staff. They were so friendly, nice to talk to and very helpful. I used the restroom and it was spotless and very clean. My appointment was quick as I didn’t have to wait after the restroom. Dr. Blumberg greeted me in a friendly way with a smile. He reviewed my medical history and asked questions regarding my vision. I explained everything to him, and he answered my all my questions regarding glasses and contacts throughly and in a way I could understand. I didn’t feel rushed in anyway or confused by the answers I received. He even provided me trial lenses to see how I like them versus my current lens prescription. I then proceeded to try out different pairs of glasses to pick which frames suited me best. I picked an awesome clear frame and I love the way they look. I can’t wait for my new glasses!! Thank you Dr. Blumberg and staff! You are all very friendly and I highly recommend that everyone go here. You won’t be disappointed. 5-star customer service!!!!

The doctor didn't introduce himself. Then he just started telling my 11 year old to look through lenses without explaining anything. It was his first eye appointment. To finish, he said "something is off, I'm not sure what it is. You need to go see a specialist." with no explanation. Because of the unfriendly office staff and him, we're not going back.

I can't thank Doctor Blumberg enough for removing the dirt that got embedded in the inner eyelid. It was causing me great pain and making it impossible for me to see. I felt like the lion that had the thorn pulled from his paw. Thanks again Doc.

Probably one of the worst healthcare visits I have ever had. “Dr” did not even acknowledge me or say a simple “hello” when entering the room. Incomplete history taken, 3 second exam and a treatment plan from 1952. It’s alarming when a patient knows more about current treatments for a fairly common condition (blepharitis). There is a bacterial and inflammatory component- telling me to use steroid drops for 2 weeks is not the protocol. The infection/bacteria have to be addressed as well. Went to Ophthalogist and received appropriate care.

I really liked the atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. The doctor completed my eye exam and was also able to adjust my prescription. The old prescription (from a previous doctor) was way too strong on my eyes and made me hate wearing contacts. With this new prescription I feel like I have a whole new lease on life.

This was my first visit with Dr. Blumberg. The staff was friendly and professional, took my temperature when I arrive, had hand sanitizer out, and everyone was wearing masks. Everyone was easy to talk to and I felt comfortable asking questions and making conversation. I had Lasik Eye Survery a couple years ago and need an annual eye exam to be sent to my Lasik Office. Dr. Blumberg personally took down the fax number and said he would take care of it. Everyone seemed very nice, and I am planning to see him again next year for my annual eye exam.

Horrible experience...first said I did not have an appt. and I showed them my zoc doc reminder text, I was there as a glaucoma follow up and they did tests and said yep it is glaucoma and handed me a paper indicating that and sent me on my way! Very rude and I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy to go there!

Worst doctor experience I've ever had... I was told I was covered by insurance but got hit with a huge charge at the end of my appt for a "contact lens" exam. I've been a contact lens user for 15 years and have never paid the exorbitant amount they charged me. When questioned the front staff was extremely rude and told me "that's their policy". Meanwhile my former doctor charged me 1/10th the amount. Extremely shady, never again!!

My visit could not have been any better. The entire staff was super friendly and great communication leading up the visit plus they had looked into my insurance to verify ahead of time and everything could not have been better. I would definitely recommend to family & friends.
