it was great but I didn't understand why I still had to fill out the information that I already had filled out online. I thought that online it said save time by signing in now and I did but I still had to fill it out once I got there.

I really liked the Dr . There was some problem being short staffed so I had a longer than usual wait which was two hrs and 30 mins . Needless to say that was tough . The staff was apologetic and said this was not normal. I was pleased overall and will return .

He was the assistant surgeon in Neurosurgery and Spine surgery for 25 years. He has been a Primary Care Practitioner for 26 years in San Antonio TX. Dr. Gerardo Vazquez graduated from National Autonomous University of Mexico and completed his rotating internship in Regina Sask Canada.
As a Primary Care Physician, Dr. Gerardo Vazquez's main interests lie in preventative medicine and wellness, and preventative maintenance: Diabetes, Hypertension, Cholesterol control, Muscular Skeletal diseases etc. Dr. Vasquez offers a variety of services on site such as: physical therapy, weight control, nutrition, sleep apnea screenings, allergy testing of treatment, exercise program for endurance balance gait, intravenous infusion for rehydration and antibiotic treatments.
