About Dr. Won Hee Park

Dr. Park grew up here in San Antonio. After graduating from Roosevelt High School, he went on to St Marys University, where he graduated with honors with a degree in Biology. He went to Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Glendale, Arizona where again he graduated in 2009 with honors. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where he served as a chief resident, and then as a residency faculty with the VA Hospital System. He has experience in both inpatient and outpatient medicine, having worked as a hospitalist, and in an internal medicine outpatient clinic. He has a passion for not only treating illness, but preventing illness as well.

Dr. Park is the best doctor I’ve had in years since I’ve left the military. He’s a great listener, gives great advice and definitely shows that he cares for his patients. If I could give a 10 star, I def would. The office atmosphere is amazing, friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t change anything. It’s great the way it is. I look forward to going to my doctor’s appointments again.

Doctor is very professional and revolves his approach around patient care. I haven’t been to a PCP in quite awhile and he definitely feels like the miss piece! I highly recommend going in for a visit.

Dr.Park is AMAZING sooo sweet, truly deeply listens to you and all you medical issues. You feel heard and understood! I highly recommend him and his wife! I’m very very skeptical already about going to the doctor and he made it soooo good. I don’t feel like I’m being thrown on a bunch of meds for no reason and he’s covering my WHOLE BODY as far as tests and everything to make sure we hit what it all could possibly be. I rate 100/10! lol

Dr park is one of those rare physicians who actually takes time to listen to his patients and really hear their concerns. He is one smart dude and was very capable to treat my complex medical conditions. Ive been seeing Dr park for years and can unreservedly recommend him to anyone in San Antonio! I’ve sent several family members and friends to see him, and they have been equally impressed with his kindness and thoroughness! You won’t find a more caring physician in SA!
