Always very polite and professional. he takes time to listen and answers all the questions we have regarding our kids. the staff are also very welcoming and professional. taking my kids to him has been one of the best decisions we have made when their health is concerned.

Dr. Asamoa was fine. This is not a quality office, however. The front office staff had difficulty processing our insurance, at the last minute told us they didn't accept credit cards as advertised (so we had to leave the office to find cash), and didn't understand how we booked through ZocDoc/didn't receive any of our paperwork from ZocDoc even though we checked in online. Because of all of these issues it took us about an hour before we were able to see the physician for a sick child visit. It was tough for our daughter to wait so long as she wasn't feeling well. It would have been better if they had like a kids toy area and water for her to drink. There was no air conditioning so it was very warm in there which again was tough for a child with a fever. Also the equipment and facilities are not updated. Our 21 month old was instructed to stand on an adult scale...which didn't work out too well. We will not be returning.

we had appointment at 1.45pm. we visited 1.30 pm. we left the office 5.00pm.I think it was too much longer. we were setting in the room for more than 3 hours.
