The doctor was professional and welcoming. The lady at the reception was especially helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They had a spacious lobby. The office is super clean and nice. You can have coffee or a beverage while you wait there. There is a living room with very tidy, clean couches and a TV. All the staff I encountered was friendly and professional. I will keep going to this office with this doctor in the future.

Dr. Hayes is a native San Diegan who earned his Bachelors of Science degree at the University of California , Los Angeles and his Doctor of Optometry degree at the Southern California College of Optometry (S.C.C.O.). After completing optometry school, Dr. Hayes participated in an extensive residency program in pediatric optometry and vision therapy at S.C.C.O. His enthusiasm is in treating the the visually impaired and patients who have had stroke or traumatic brain injury. He currently practices full-scope optometry with an emphasis on pediatric vision examinations and the treatment of learning-related vision problems, strabismus (eye turn), and amblyopia (lazy eye). He also performs vision examinations for special needs populations including visually impaired children. Doctor Hayes’s memberships with organizations include the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, American Academy of Optometry College of Optometrists in Vision Development, and the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association.

wait times were way too long...
I took about 30 minutes and answered all needed questions about health history, meds, etc, on line prior to the visit. They started asking the same questions after I arrived for appt.
I finally explained that I answered all those questions on line previous to my visit and they then referred to their notes.
I would never go back...
