This is my second exam by Dr. Nguyen. She is friendly, caring, punctual, and does a thorough exam. She obviously made notes about what we chatted about last time and asked questions related to our previous conversation. So, that made me feel that she took a personal interest in me. Even though the clinic is far from my home, I’m willing to drive 30 minutes since her care is so good.

The doctor was very kind and her bedside manner was great, but the eye exam was disappointing. The appt started nearly 30 minutes late, lasted maybe 20 minutes and did not include many tests that I usually get at other eye appointments. It was about as thorough as a Costco eye appt. And they did not take my insurance so I paid (a lot) out of pocket.

The experience with the office was fine. Dr Nguyen and the people at the front desk were very cordial. Dr Nguyen was super nice and answered all of my questions.
I will say that I had a lot of trouble with the insurance, which ended up being covered but took a call from the office to the insurance company, even though I told them I had called and verified the coverage earlier that morning. It’s not really their fault since I booked the appointment within a week of going, but I would caution you to make sure you square that away before going to cut down on wait time.

Review of My Appointment with Dr. Veronica Vuong
I had a great experience during my appointment yesterday with Dr. Veronica Vuong. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind, which made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
Dr. Vuong was also very warm and approachable. She took the time to clearly explain everything about my eye condition and the available treatment options. I really appreciated how patient and caring she was throughout the visit — she made sure all my questions were answered and that I understood each step of the process.
Overall, I felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Vuong and her team for anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate eye care.

Everything was great! Nice office in great location. Dr Vuong was amazing. Finally getting some one on one communication! I had already gone to another company and was very rushed and no one listened to why I was there and any past info etc. I was rushed out by a assistant and then the doctor rushing in and giving one word answers and then ending the apointment. (another office and company) Me leaving not understanding anything new and no answers etc.

I keep getting a message about reminding me on my appointment 1 hr before my appointment they cancelled on me and asked me to come Wednesday or Friday instead poor customer service. Good thing they cancelled on me.
