this was a first time visit and my wait time including filling out new patient forms was less than 15 minutes...dr greg baker was wonderfully pleasant and very knowledgeable... thx zoc doc

Dr. Baker was very polite and the ladies that were shadowing him were nice too. The only criticism that I can muster is that not everyone introduced themselves. I had to ask the nurse's name and Dr Baker didn't introduce the students that were following him. Also, no one had name tags so I was unable to refer that either. No follow up appointment was made or suggested. The nurse that checked me out and referred me to an OBGYN and a lab to get blood work done was very polite and nice but again no name was given. I work in a clinic and the first thing we do is introduce ourselves that way the client feels comfortable and is able to address us. Overall the clinic was welcoming and clean even though they are doing some remodeling. I will be going back.

I had a 9:15am appointment on Monday, I was not seen until almost 11:30am. I also filled out all my information ahead of time using ZocDoc and they were not able to retrieve the info and I had to fill out all the paperwork and medical history again in the waiting room.

I was pleasantly surprised how much time Dr. Baker took to get to know me and understand me as a new patient. He answered all my questions and concerns and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Baker covered everything that needed to be covered and explained what exactly he thought was going on. Great conversationalist and you could tell he really cared. Great doctor!
