When you arrive for your appointment, a medic will greet you at the door, take you back to an exam room, collect your vitals, and briefly review your paperwork. The office staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The setting was very welcoming and clean. The doctor was more kind and willing to listen than any health care provider I have previously had, over all a wonderful experience. Only problem was finding the entrance, though that is probably more of my problem than their fault. 5/5 Stars

I wasn’t aware that this would be telehealth and wasn’t notified before the appointment, but the experience was decent. I felt that the NP did a really great job of listening and being empathetic. Scheduling was somewhat chaotic because I was told that the time slot that I scheduled online was double-booked and I had to call back and forth several times in order to rebook my appointment, which was not convenient and actually quite aggravating. But the appointment itself was fine and Katie was a highlight. Unfortunately I felt as though the staff on-site were a little new or inexperienced (I had to help them keep the needle for my blood draw in place because they hadn’t fastened it down properly and it could have caused me unnecessary stress or pain if I was less accustomed to blood draw)

Great experience! I hadn’t done a hybrid visit before, but after reading some great reviews I decided to give it a try. The NP’s assistant was incredibly friendly and the NP herself was very knowledgeable and listened to me very closely. She asked all the right questions, and I can’t say I’ve ever had such a great medical appointment. Wait time was zero as well, which was a huge change from traditional offices!

This was fantastic. I was unsure of what to expect as this is a hybrid teledoc/in person visit but I was pleasantly surprised by the whole process and couldn’t have been happier with my experience with both Katherine and my paramedic! I’m feeling optimistic about this new system and am looking forward to seeing it function.

I was initially skeptical about virtual an appointment. However the “real time presence” of the audio and video between the care providers and myself alleviated the concerns I had immediately.
On the downside I remain concerned about the time lag in securing a diabetics appointment wit BJ diabetic clinic. Also, I’m having too much diarrhea from the metformin.

Dr. Marshall was very thorough and listened thoughtfully to my health concerns. The video visit went well technically and it felt just as personable ?as in-person visits. She provided great feedback and even got me started on PT for tendinitis I’ve been dealing with for 8 months. I haven’t felt this empowered and back on track in awhile. It feels great! Thank you to the whole staff at Reziliant Health!

Adam Barnard and Katie Marshall are the most comforting doctor/nurse combo I have ever visited. I went to my appointment very nervous and on edge Adam personally did a great job of comforting and walking me through what was a stressful process for me. I felt Katie took the time to hear what my personal problems were and not dismiss any detail, Doing what she could to get me the proper treatment needed. As for other doctors I felt almost rushed or brushed off. Also I must note I have never been greeted by the doctor in such a timely manner. I feel like most times I’m left in a room for 20-30 mins waiting for the doctor to come in, whereas katie greeted me almost immediately.

This is a telehealth clinic so Chris took all of my vitals and performed my exam with Katie via telehealth, and then I had a 1:1 time with Katie. Extremely thorough and a great listener. I would recommend!
