The Doctor clearly doesn't listen to your issue.
He prescribes pricy medication that is usually not covered by the insurance company or sends you for external tests that are expensive.
After a couple of visits, he wants to refer you someplace else.
Surely he can do better.

For my first time in his office I must say It was very pleasant and relaxing. Even though there was a slight mix up about my appointment it was taking care of with grace and understanding. I really appreciate the appearance and sincerity of how they handle the process. Very easy and great aspect from the time I walk in to seeing doctor to exiting the office. Dr Smith explain in detail and took his time to make me feel comfortable as to finding out what maybe happening to me. Very pleased with the overall quality and satisfaction that was fulfilled.

The staff was friendly and greeted me promptly. I waited only about 10 minutes (at the Plainsboro office), which I thought was excellent. I had been to other doctors in the practice but this was the first time I saw Dr. Smith. He was great. I was there for a specific focused problem. He didn't do any unnecessary or unwanted procedures and he was nice, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Smith gave me back having confidence in Dr's.
As of recent months, I have had to deal with a long list of Dr's. None of whom gave me the feeling that they cared about "me" - as opposed to merely one more patient to see in a busy schedule.
He actually stood by my side and talked to me. He did not stare into a computer. He asked me pertinent questions... no one else had. He was thorough, kind, and actually explained what he was about to do, what I could expect to feel, and what and why he was recommending certain protocols.
