highly recommend dr. faruqi. very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. he didn't rush me at all. he listened to me very attentively and addressed every concern i had. explained in great detail various options i had in an easy to understand way for the treatment and care. all this with a very pleasant disposition and manners. superb doctor.
the downside: conflicting statements from the staff and an attempt to take unnecessary x-rays
a person from the office had taken my insurance details prior to my visit and confirmed they take my insurance, yet when i drove almost 2 hours to the office, they said they don't accept my insurance. though a few minutes later they accepted it, it was still not pleasant to hear it.
i had brought CD's of my recent MRI s with me and gave them to the nurse. she still tried to get me to take x-rays. when i questioned why the other staff gaslit me saying i didn't provide my MRI cd's. at the end i didn't take new x-rays but i really had to push for it.

I saw Dr. Faruqi today for a severely painful lower back problem. He went over my X-rays and suggested a treatment plan. I can only say he was attentive, helpful and never impatient. I would highly recommend!

I have seen several other doctors for this problem and this doctor was the first one to provide explanations and solutions.
I will continue with this doctor for as long as it takes to resolve my issue. And advise anyone experiencing pain and having difficulty finding a resolution to visit this doctor.

When we arrived at the office, the front desk staff were very welcoming. We filled out the form on an iPad, and within about 10 minutes, we were taken inside. The doctor arrived approximately 20-25 minutes later and provided exceptional care with professionalism throughout the treatment.

He’s very thorough, went over my history and listened to everything intently. He discussed all my options and made sure I understood before moving on. It was great. Not much to say… I waited 15 maybe 20 minutes after my appointment time. That’s my only thing because they incur late fee I think If the patient is late… But other than that, everyone was very polite. My biggest praise is the way the staff did their best to quietly discuss patient business at the front desk during check-in.

Dr. Faruqi was great and genuinely cares about his patients well-being. He didn't push for surgery. He took the time to explain all my options in detail. I’ve been to other doctors who just kept telling me I needed immediate surgery. He’s the only one who told me I could wait and try other things first.
