“Great doctor and staff. The office was near stew Leonard’s but had to use gps to get there. It was clean and open on a Sunday. The PA asked me some questions and spoke to the doctor to get me xray right away. The xray tech was thorough and saw I had upper pain and spoke with Doctor about additional imaging which helped identify mild scoliosis. I loved that it’s all there! I spoke with the doctor who was also very thorough and I mentioned my pain was so bad it felt Bruised so while he offered PT and additional future treatment, he gave me an in office trigger point injection which I am hoping will ease the pain soon. Overall, I am grateful I was seen, by doctors on a Sunday for urgent pain. Office was clean and well lit. Staff was nice and patient. I was last to leave and they were all heading home but no one rushed me. Thank you and I’ll see you all at my follow up. ”

They made me wait 1 hour because other patients showed up late . After one hour of waiting for was told it would take another 30 minutes They dont think other people’s time has any value
Verified patient
Terrible time management. Wasn’t seen for 1 hour. Overbooked office so they were rushing around. The doctor didn’t even do a physical exam on me for a hamstring injury. Barely got to explain my situation before he immediately wrote me a physical therapy referral and didn’t even check for any usual diagnoses. Terrible patient care.

I have someone who works in healthcare, I understand things come up, but I also understand the communication is key in any field and having a patient waiting for 50+ minutes and not saying anything to them about what is going on or what the holdup is I think is just unacceptable especially when I was called days in advance to change my appointment. They called me to change my appointment. I came at the time they wanted and I still was sitting there for 50 minutes and when I went to go and cancel my appointment because I’m an adult who has other responsibilities in life, it seems like they were surprised that I would cancel, but you don’t just have someone sitting there with no updates waiting with no clear time while people go in and out around them. I understand that the office is not only for him, but just sitting there and watching people walk in and out while you sit there for an hour is just really upsetting..
