This was a somewhat confused appointment, but I'm not complaining. Dr Marrero is not seeing patients in his office at this time because of the prevalence of COVID-19. Not knowing what to expect, I phoned the office the morning of my appointment, and I was told it would be by phone. It ended up, on a (probably) busy Monday morning, being a series of phone calls with staff relaying information back and forth between the doctor and myself. I think all my questions were answered. I received an email with some test info, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy.
