Availity insurance eligibility check was not good. They made me wait and call the insurance company back and forth because billing department had billed for an incorrect billing code for my previous visit and had declined my office visit.
Always a pleasure to see Dr. Marrero and his staff. He's easy to talk with and very knowledgable about issues I might have.
Great Doctor. Staff needs to improve their English skills to communicate with patients. It will make the visit more pleasant having such of nice physician.
Great doctor! I highly recommend Dr. Marrero.
Love the way he listens!
Very knoledge and helpful Friendly doc and staff Love it
Excellent doctor very good professional and one of the best
It was a really nice experience, his staff was very friendly and helpful and I was seen at my appointment time (no waiting).
Dr. Marrero always takes time to listen, is very caring and proactive in helping his patients, and I am able to schedule appointments quickly and easily.
The Doctor was very nice, he was patient and answer all the questions. I wish he did more direct recommendations instead of always saying to do whatever I think is best about my treatment. One of the nurses was somewhat rude and seem very rushed, I express my concern about the changes in my blood pressure and she gave me a piece of paper and told me to take my BPs every day, record them and bring them to the next visit..did she assume I can take BPs? What if I didn't know how to?. Also I was not told that I was suppose to be fasting for my lab tests. Later, when I called to ask if it was ok if I was not fasting, a nurse told me, that everyone knows that labs are always fasting, and if the doctor doesnt say anything I suppose to know that I have to fast before labs... she said the Doctor would only clarify when it is ok to eat. I felt very silly, I have had done many lab test in the past that did not require fasting.
Dr. Marrero is an excellent physician. He is is caring and understanding and will take as much time as needed with each patient.
Muy satisfecha con todo, el DR se toma su tiempo para escucharlo a uno y encontrarle solución a sus inquierudes.
La atención espectacular, el DR super bien, te dedica todo el tiempo necesario a escucharte y a solucionar tus dudas.
He is an excelent Doctor. I recomend him 100%
The Doctor was very nice as was his staff but had to wait an hour.
the staff is hit or miss. First time I went everyone was nice. Second time no one greeted me the girl that was nice before purposely ignored me. The tech taking my stats was horribly rude with the worst attitude. I brought to her attention her issues and she said she doesn't let things bother her. Her rudeness to me and my Pointing it out "got to her." This female was Hispanic young and just disgusting. I never want to be in her nasty presence again she was a joke to deal with. No one was friendly just the rudest staff ever. The doctor is terrible. I can't get into the things she did but she is incompetent and awful. Many of my relatives are doctors and I know a good doctor. This doctor was just awful and kept trying to send me to a specialist for stupid reasons. She finally did testing on me and found something. My relatives were surprised at the way she prescribed meds and how incompetent it was for the days and the dosage. She had a bad attitude and I will never return to this awful place. Only good thing is the short wait time.
Dr. Marrero is a wonderful doctor! He is very knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously with my fibromyalgia over the past 7 years. And, his staff is very helpful. I would recommend him highly and without any reservation!
Took immediate concern about my problem Was glad I decided to see Dr Guillermo
He is very professional and knowledgeable. He's has been my doctor for over 10 years.
He wasn't in a big rush and really spent time explaining to me my prescriptions and my options, very helpful!
Very good service and support
Was very polite and attentive to patient's concerns.
I think Dr. Marrero takes the time to listen to his patients and makes valuable recommendations about working together.
I am new to the area so finding a good doctor was one of my top priorities. Although I was nervous for my first visit, the staff at the front desk were nice and truly welcoming. Dr. Marrero was a great listener, asked questions and worked with me to come up with the best options for my concerns/needs. You can tell he genuinely cares about you and your health. I was very pleased with my first visit and would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a physician.
Good thorough visit.
Short wait, great bedside manner, friendly staff. In and out quick. Plus he accepts walk-in patients. Highly recommended.
Very proffesional, nice personnal
Everyone at this office is very nice, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend.
Me alegra grandemente haber llegado a manos de este profesional, me siento en buenas manos.
Nursing staff very good and attentive to needs Dr. Marrero is a good person and has great bedside manner.
This was a HORRIBLE experience and I will never go by anything other than a PERSONAL reference again to find a Physician! The elderly lady at the front desk was VERY RUDE! I called this office 2 days prior to my son's appointment to confirm insurance information and was advised that they would bill my insurance and send a statement (as it should be)...upon. arrival, they had not even obtained the authorization and said we would have to pay the total cost of the visit! When answering the phone and speaking to an "existing" patient, another girl was clear that she did not want to be bothered, and continued to make faces throughout the call to schedule an appointment! Sorry to say, but this seems like an office where this particular Dr. Has his Mom and kids/neices all on staff, not because they are qualified, but because they are related!
Staff seemed unorganized and under-trained. Nurse didn't face me when asking questions. I filled out the paperwork online but they didn't have it at the office since all of their records are still on paper so I had to fill out paperwork when I got there. Doctor kept trying to prescribe medicine as opposed to offering alternatives as most other doctors do, and he asked me about very personal and sensitive information about my past that wasn't relevant at all to my visit. I would not go back.
All hispanic staff and clients. Felt out of place my entire time there..I am sure the doctor is a good man but i had communication issues with some nurses there. Dr, Marrero seemed reserved but was professional.Did not feel my major issue was addressed verbally to my satisfation although he received high rating from other web sites. I will come back for follow up visit as I am not the easiest patient with complex issues to deal with.
I got to my appointment scheduled for 10am about 10 minutes early. I had already completed my paperwork online to save some time. I wasn't even shown into the first waiting room untim over an hour and 15 minutes later. After that it took another 25 min to see the doctor. Dr marrero seems professional but the time it took to be seen is appalling and extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.
Nice staff, great doc.
I had back pain from a lower back injury did not listen very well. prescribed medicines that did nothing to alleviate the pain and just made me nauseous. Went to a chiropractor on my own and have been better ever since.
I really liked my visit! Dr Marrero gave me different options and explained me what I needed to do clearly. Also, he gave me a follow up app pretty quickly. Keep up the good work! Highly recommend him.
The staff was very kind and professional. The wait time is nonexistent - I was in to see the doctor almost immediately. Dr. Marrero was absolutely wonderful. He was very polite and listened to all of my concerns. I would highly recommend him!
Please be advised that the office staff is not competent to handle the call volume. The call box is full therefore a caller can not leave a message. The office employee leaves a caller on hold for over 10 minutes and does not return to the call. When I call the office employee says she must put me on hold because she is" busy". The office employee does no have enough medical knowledge to understand my needs.
The doctor was very interested in what I had to say, asked me some pertinent questions, spent a lot of time with me and wrote a bunch of diagnostic tests to get to the root of my minor health problems. I will definitely recommend him enthusiastically. -Dr. Jha
He seems like a great doctor!
The doctor is fantastic. He was concerned and helped me with my problem right away. I have a follow up appointment and we will again go over more plans for treatment. His staff is very nice and efficient. In and out quickly. Loved them all! I have already recommended this office to two others.
The clinic is awesome. Bilingual as well. Very friendly and courteous.
very satisfied, excellent service.
Efficient and very professional.
I am a new patient of his and went for my first appointment a few weeks ago. I like him because he take his time and asks many questions. He has knowledge of natural/herbal remedies. I felt very comfortable with him and his staff.
Did not give many options, felt like he was in a rush. Prob not go back.
Great doctor great environment. Making dr Guillermo Marrero as my primary doctor great doc.
Dr Marrero was very professional,I told him my family history and he right away sent me for a work up. Highly recommended
Dr was informative, and responsive to alll my questions and concerns.
It was fantastic. Great office, and great people.
It was good his diagnosis and prescription were perfect. Wait was a lil ling but being its the holidays and he would be gone for several weeks I understood why so many people were there.
Is very concerned for my health. He takes it quite serious and hadsa great “bedside “ manner.
Wait time was a little longer than expected but Dr. Marrero was nice and gave me some good advice about my condition. One thing I liked is that he provided me with more than one option for treatment and included natural ways of alleviating my symptoms. This was my first appt and I will be returning.
Friendly, professional, and concerned about my issues.
I will continue with this Dr. He make me feel comfortable and really concern about my health problems.
comfortable to have him be my new primary care physician. Small, which is what I want. Able to come in immediately if sick.
He is very knowledge and very easy to talk to. His staff is also very friendly. I felt like I knew them all along!!
He is a kind, patient doctor. He makes you feel at ease and takes the time to really listen to your concerns.
Very easy to talk to and confide with, Marrero is definitely a good choice for a primary.
Friendly staff and caring Doctor.
better understanding whit spanish
Friendly, cheerful, professional staff; Dr. was very willing to listen to history, and took immediate action to resolve issues after initial exam. Instilled confidence in recommended course of action.
Glad I chose him to jump start my health problems.
Feeling much better now. Thanks!
