I visited the Bayside location and never waited more than 10-15 minutes maximum. At this location, it seems as though they were short staffed or did not anticipate the volume of patients who walked in. If they were booked for most of the day they would have had additional specialists there to attend to patients. There was one single specialist with two assistants - on a Saturday, when the weather was nice and they allow walk-ins. The wait for me based on my appointment and the time I got there till the time I was seen was more than an hour. Also, patient manners is non existent or not enforced. One patient who was there was on the phone for over 35 minutes speaking loudly, this should be addressed immediately as it is unfair to other patients.

Made me wait an hour and a half. Told me they couldn’t get in contact with my insurance. The front desk ladies were just chatting it up the entire time. Didn’t even let me know there was an issue with mt insurance they just kept me waiting I had to go up and ask myself. Then when I asked was told it’d be 10 minutes. 30 minutes passed didn’t hear a word. Went up the front desk and she told me my insurance was gonna call me, they never did. Asked to rescheduled and failed to do it. Never ever ever come here. Super unprofessional. it’s Jamaica Ave don’t expect much here.
