“Very long wait time, a bit chaotic in the office. Small and cramped waiting area with tons of families and not enough seating. The system was down, and a lot of people needed to show proof of "active" insurance, which was weird. The PA I saw was very nice, but seemed in a hurry and injected the wrong area with cortisol. She didn't want to come back to address the mistake. I left feeling a bit worried. ”

About Jordan Feltis
Jordan Feltis is a Board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology and licenses to practice in both New York and Florida. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Florida State University in Tallahassee and went on to receive her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in West Palm Beach. Prior to pursuing her Physician Assistant degree, Jordan spent four years as a dermatology medical assistant, gaining invaluable experience working alongside three board-certified dermatologists. Her passion for dermatology began in high school, and she has been dedicated to this specialty ever since.
As a Physician Assistant, Jordan is committed to providing patient-centered care, offering education on proper skin care and specific dermatological conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient’s unique needs. Her attention to detail and warm, approachable demeanor creates a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients.
