Horrible the office is rinky-dink the wait time was her around us‘s I was there for over an hour and a half going on two hours. I didn’t like the way I was treated I didn’t like any of the doctors and nurses that were there anyone that I spoke to. No one made me feel like I was in a nice space and I had to go out to pharmacy to pick up my prescription and then bring it back so I’m paying money to do like half the work I might as well went home and got a needle and gave myself a shot because that’s what I felt like I was doing huge waste of time I’m definitely going to find somewhere else to go

The doctor was nice even though she seen me for less than 10 mins and the wait was over an hour. There should be a rating for staff. They dont answer phone in English as everyone I seen in office was Chinese besides this doctor. I registered on the doctor portal. I was weighed and its the wrong measurement. She didnt measure my height and put the wrong information. When you measure height you ask patient to stand straight on the wall. Seemed as if she measured my height when I was looking at scale. I was given an MRI office as a referral that doesnt do MRI. My information was not sent over to the office I did find when I was told it was. They really need to get it together. Making mistakes like this and I am waiting for my lab results as well.
