Very helpful front desk staff walked me thru the paperwork, then I proceeded to exams by 2 different doctors (one being the owner who has a fabulous mustache) then handed over to an associate who showed me the examples of glasses to choose from. They will call me in about 2 wks to come pick up the completed set of glasses. Everyone worked together very smoothly as a team. It was a pleasant experience.

Don't go, unless you have plenty of time to waste. The nurse and the doctor will send you back to the waiting lobby for no reason and check other patients.

Dr. Peracha is abrupt, mumbles, and couldn't answer my questions. When he couldn't convince me to buy contacts through his office, he said, "Thanks for coming," got up and walked out of the exam room, leaving me to find my way back to the waiting area. The office scheduled my appointment on a Saturday knowing I would need additional preventive testing, but neglected to tell me I couldn't receive that testing on a Saturday until the end of my appointment, forcing me to book a second appointment on a weekday, pay for a second appointment out-of-pocket, and take time off of work. The office also didn't let me know that they no longer accept my vision insurance, so of course I wouldn't be purchasing contacts through them. I've been coming here for about a year, but I won't be returning.

There were about three other people on the sign in sheet with my same appointment time. I was in the office for a few hours and saw the doctor for the last 10 minutes (if that) just so he could take a quick look at my eyes. Someone else performed most of my exam, I believe he was an assistant. When I received a copy of my prescription, the handwriting was not legible at all.

I had a 9:15 appointment and wasn’t seen until 10:20. They said the other doctor had an emergency but it wasn’t until I continuously asked what was going on that they told me. When the doctor finally saw me he asked me no questions and kept telling me to not talk...how can you help me if you don’t know what’s wrong?

The first visit was very quick and the doctor was able to diagnose my sons issue right away... giving me a successful treatment plan. The follow-up appointment was good, once we were taken in. My son and I sat for well over an hour waiting to be seen, leaving me running for the exit afterward as we were late for another appointment. I think I would have felt a little less frustrated had someone acknowledged how long we were sitting there, but nobody said a word.

I seriously can’t thank Dr. Peracha and his staff, his assistant José and the kind lady at the front desk, for the best vision care they provided my son today!!
It was such a smooth and efficient experience which is hard to find with eye care. I’m so glad I read the reviews on here and opted to schedule an appt. immediately.
We were checked in quickly, my six year old son was examined thoroughly and the doctor was very informative on what was causing this pain.
Most importantly Dr. Peracha outlined a treatment plan that actually worked within hours of leaving their offices the redness, swelling, inflammation and blurry vision has significantly reduced!!!!
The first two ophthalmologists I took my son to both diagnosed him incorrectly and in turn we were prescribed the wrong medication which made his vision worse and caused severe inflammation and swelling.
No parent wishes to see their child in pain and not be able to help them, many thanks you Doctor for your patience and for helping my son today, you’re damn good at what you do :)

Simply put, Dr. Peracha saved my life! I went in to see him on a Saturday afternoon due to swelling in my eye. I was previously told that I had busted a blood vessel in my eye two days before by the PG County hospital emergency department. Dr. Peracha noticed some serious abnormalities with my eye and concluded that it was neurological. I was admitted in the hospital the same day where they found two brain aneurysms and a fistula! I am forever in debt to Dr. Peracha.

It’s alright. I was the first patient, but not served first.
There was no eye contact during bedside conversation.
The one checking your eyes was another person, and the doctor was writing prescription and checking your retina.
Toward the end, another person doing the follow up which seemed to pushy for me to buy glasses/contacts through the center.
I was skeptical with the prescription, so I went to another doctor to get my eye checked again. And... the results are different. It was 3-4 points stronger.
Probably they use their own measurements, that they can understand.
Don’t do it unless you have serious issue with your eyes.

The desk staff was very friendly. The first doctor who took my eye stats was super nice. Dr. Peracha was friendly and very caring about his patients. He helped an elderly patient to a seat in the waiting area and asked if he could do anything else to make him comfortable. That’s customer service and care!
Dr. Peracha took the time to listen to my story about my symptoms and ensured to tell me what he was doing. He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Peracha. The wait can be a bit long, but if we are all here to see Dr. Peracha, we know we will be taken care of.

He is just wonderful. Marcus has a disability so this is his mother writing for him. Dr, Parecha was wonderful with Marcus and answered all my questions. I will let others in the developmentally disabled community know to include him on their list of recommended doctors.

The front office staff was okay and the waiting room decent. The appointment was for 1:30pm but I wasn't seen until 2:25. Dr. was pleasant and didn't over-prescribe.

I made the appointment with this Dr as a new patient. I was already on my way to the appointment which was scheduled for 2pm when the office called and asked if I could come in a half hour later at 2:30pm. So I had about 45 minutes to kill before the new appointment time. I went up to the suite around 2:15 and there were patients lined up in the hallway waiting for the office to open. Around 2:35pm the office door was still locked! Someone came out to the hallway and told everyone that they will open the office in a few minutes! it was probably 2:45 or 2:50 before they opened the office and let everyone in.
This was not a first good impression with the way the left everyone standing in the hallway while they finished their lunch!
I had plans to be back at work at a certain time and was very stressed that I was not going to make it in time. I communicated this with the receptionist and told them that if the wait is going to be very long, I would not be able to wait. But they got me in pretty quick after that. I just did not think it was very professional to leave people standing in the hallway. I would not go back to this Dr.

I've had eye problems for almost 1 year and went to 2 doctors before Dr. Peracha. They were saying my eye was just tired and dry and one of them even prescribed me eyeglasses that were complete unnecessary. Dr. Peracha took the time to ACTUALLY examine my eye, found the problem and prescribed me a medicine. I'm still waiting for the medicine to work, but really appreciate Dr. Peracha took my seriously.

Very Bad. Reception staff where OK but a little pushy. His assistant was very abrupt and unprofessional and he himself seemed to not care or be interested in my questions. The whole place was very unwelcoming and the people working there had a "couldn't care less attitude".

I don't have vision insurance so I really appreciated Dr. Peracha's ability to just write out the prescriptions for both my eyeglasses and contacts and allowed me to have them. This way, I can order them online which will be a big cost savings for me.

THE SECRETARIES WERE FRIENDLY AND SO WITH TH ASSISTANT WHO GAVE ME AN EYE EXAM BEFORE I SAW THE DR.
DR WAS VERY POFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH IN HIS EXAM.I WISH HE WOULD HAVE PROVIDED A DISPOSABLE SUNGLASS AFTER HE DILATED MY EYES OR COULD HAVE ADVISED ME TO WEAR ONE .
MY VISION WAS VERY BLURRY AND WAS SO INCONVENIENT WITHOUT SUNGLASS IN THIS HOT WEATHER.
