Verified patient
I saw this doctor twice, they are very unprofessional, rather than measure my height and weight they Asked me for it knowing I haven't had a physical in a long time. The Doctor barely see's you and doesn't want to talk to you. He prioritizes other patients even when its YOUR TURN for the appointment.
Not bad straightforward and a terse visit

Verified patient
good experience!
Verified patient
All together it was not an awful experience. Definitely a waste of time. I sat in the waiting room for about 15-20 minutes. Went into the room, it was like a storage closet with a bunch of ransom materials inside. No very professional looking. I was in the room for about 45 minutes, he did not perform any of the typical check up things (example: blood pressure). After about 30 minutes of talking, he gave me a referral to another doctor who was supposed to take my insurance (which it did not).
Verified patient
The visit was great.

It was my first time and he was great! He really makes an effort and really cares about his patients. When he goes on vacation, he still makes sure he is available for any patient emergency. I would definitely reccomend him to my friends and family!
Verified patient
Took forever to get in the office. The receptionist was by herself swamped. The doctor didn't listen to my concerns properly so I didn't get the correct treatment.
He was so polite and very caring . I switched my pcp to him he is definitely more reliable. Working families need weekend availability and DR. Shang is very flexible and dedicated to his work. See you soon Dr.
Verified patient
Dr. Zhang has a great bedside manner and is extremely attentive. He listens to your concerns and takes the time to discuss different options. He is also very observant, so you don’t have to tell him everything, which is comforting. Great doctor.
