First visit to Dr. Rosen. Something about his manner immediately puts you at ease. He listened to my concerns and allayed my concerns. He's a little older than most of my doctors, but I found this to be a positive. He seemed up to date upon current information regarding medicines and possible side effects. He patiently explained what the studies about the drug in question meant as well as what it didn't mean.

Great visit. Appointment was for 9am, dr entered the room at 9:15am right after I finished my new patient paperwork. Dr explained everything, made some suggestions and recommendations. I plan to go back for all my gastro needs.

Went in to follow up
After I had a huge colitis episode. Was expecting to have a better understanding of what colitis was , ways to treat it , some clarification on what to do and what not to do , but I ended up getting a grumpy , tired man who Decided to answer his cell phone calls during my office visit and contradict everything I told him about myself and my abdomen pain. Never in all my years of going to the doctors have I ever felt so unwelcome. ?

To find a gastroenterologist is an obstacle course. I was able to find an appointment though zocdoc within a week- average waiting times is over 1 month.

I filled out all my paper work through ZocDoc and had to do it again, because there seems to be a confusion on how the information submitted online was posted to my account. Other than providing my information twice, the office workers were pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable.
The doctor was awesome to talk to and made sure that I didn't step out without having me fully understand my current situation, step by step to resolve my issue, next steps, and setting up a follow up. Very thorough.

Terrible service. I would not recommend this office to anyone. The assistants and the doctor had the worst attitudes, the doctor did not address my questions or concerns, and the office was dirty. If you would like quality service this is not the place for you.

Well, I booked with ZocDoc. My appointment was confirmed by ZocDoc. Went to the Doctors office and my appointment wasn't in their book.
No record of my appointment. They weren't expecting me at all.
But when I offered to "self pay" they took me right in and the Doctor was very thorough.
All in all, a good experience with a little mix up at the beginning.
