We specialize in Internal Medicine and Interventional Pain Management, offering a one-stop solution to your medical needs. Our services include Adult Physicals, School Physicals, Well-Woman Exams, Pre-Op Exams, and DOT Exams. We also provide a Comprehensive Weight Loss Program and Anti-aging products, along with Service Animal Letters and IV treatments for Weight Loss and Anti-aging.
What sets us apart is our ability to offer X-ray, EKG, labs, and in-house testing for multiple medical conditions-all under one roof. Why pay for Concierge Care when you can get it for FREE? We make every effort to get to know our patients personally. You are not just a patient to us; you are a partner in your healthcare.
If you are out-of-network, we charge $200. You will receive a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, making your care essentially free!

I love Dr Tracey Leschinsky, this was my second visit with her and again she was amazing. She very attentive, straightforward and very kind and does her best to help in any way she can, and if you need care elsewhere she does her best to call and see when’s the soonest you can be treated and what’s the closest to you. I love her and will continue to see her when necessary. 10/10

I came in very weak with a prolonged bleeding, and the nurse contacted the ultrasound service on my behalf on her own initiative and they accepted me without an appointment and waiting. She also found the right pharmacy for my insurance and explained my condition and what should I do and expect in this case. Thanks to her quick and humane actions, I received help and directions I desperately needed.

I'm so happy I found this office! The office manager is an angel, she knows what she is doing, very professional and treats you like family! Dr. Leschinsky made me feel very comfortable
and she let me address all my concerns and took me seriously, she made me feel she cares. Hands down best practice I have been to, can't wait for my follow up!

Every visit was the same. I received personalized attention. Tracey Leschinsky listened to everything I had to say and gave me a thorough exam. She is smart and "knows her stuff. " I received the right medication and treatment plan. Laura, the medical assistant, is very accommodating and friendly. I'd return in a heartbeat.
