My name is Harry Fairman, FNP-BC, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s in Nursing from Chamberlain University - Houston. I have a background in Emergency Medicine and specialties in Hormone Replacement Therapy and Weight Loss Management. At Renati Health and Wellness, I take great pride in creating a space where people can prioritize their health in a supportive, welcoming, and affordable environment.
The word "Renati" means "rebirth" or "to be reborn" in Latin, which reflects our mission to help patients experience a renewed sense of well-being. Our goal is for you to feel and look amazing from the inside out.

Harry and his team were amazing! I didn’t wait long to be seen, staff provided next steps for aftercare, if needed, and had a positive attitude throughout my appt.
Shout out to Stemwave tho! I hurt my back during a workout and was down for a month. I finally decided to try it after meds weren’t working, and I was good to exercise again 2 days after the treatment. Thanks again guys!

I am new to the area and needed to establish a local medical provider for primary care & an annual physical. I came across Renati Med Spa after a quick google search & scheduled an appointment. They were able to get me in pretty quickly! Harry, the provider is extremely professional, knowledgeable and has bedside manners that anyone could appreciate! He is very detail oriented & is always sure to cover all bases, breaking things down to where you can understand them. I appreciate the services he offers & looking forward to seeing him for all of my primary care needs!

I came in just for general weight issues,and high metabolism problems, and had a nasty cut that was open prettybad, they cleaned and dressed it well, and even helped me set up my walmart pharmacy account, bedside manner here is unmatched
