Due to the office not applying my secondary insurance I wasn’t able to be seen. The office staff didn’t verify or ask about secondary insurance until I mentioned it. I had to cancel my appointment until they could verify information which took only 15 mins same day! Instead of rescheduling me for that same day I have to wait an additional week before I can be seen.

As soon as I walked into the office, I was acknowledged and that meant a lot.The young lady behind the desk greeted me with a smile and welcomed me in. I had to fill out some new patient papers, but that was expected. My insurance was verified right away, so therefore I didn’t really have to wait long. Dr.Amer was so nice. She read my paper work and asked if I had any concerns or if there was anything that she needed to know. I could tell that she was very genuine and wanted to me to feel welcome. The visit lasted maybe 10 and I was out of there quick. I will definitely be coming back and recommending her to some friends.
