Wonderful bedside manner. Friendly, makes you feel like a friend, not just a patient. She is very compassionate. Very knowledgable about a lot of areas of medicine. I thought I would need a specialist for an uncommon condition, and she helped me right away. Friendly, compassionate and knowledable, and willing to direct you to a specialist if you need one. All the best rolled into one nice person. I've been going to her for years. Highly recommend her.

I was disappointed with my visit. I am new to the city and finding a new doctor can be a difficult process. The office did not treat me like a valued patient, but rather like an obligation and something standing in the way of the end of the shift. Dr. Robins felt rushed, was on auto pilot, and did not engage well with my questions. I will be looking for a different PCP that makes me feel like I am a priority.

Dr Robins is diligent, thorough and very knowledgeable.
She doctored me through a difficult, rare cancer. She knows top-notch specialists, and connected me the best specialists in their fields. Dr Robins has been very supportive and encouraging through the entire ordeal, and supported me with phone calls and friendship.
I'm extremely happy that providence led me to her office. She is the first doctor I've felt completely comfortable with, and confident that she puts my physical and emotional well-being first.

Friendly. Professional.
She listens. - Some of my ailments were different from what I thought they were... and she knows what to ask to figure out what kind of medication you really need. I came in with several different ailments, and she took care of everything, fast. Was super impressed.
I was the last patient of the day, and she saw me right on time. Of course, when a doctor is running behind, it's usually because an earlier patient had a big problem, but it's still really nice.
She knows her stuff, and has a great bedside manner.

Dr. Robins has been my doctor for many years because of how great her bedside manner is, and how she is able to fit me into her schedule, even if her office is busy. She makes sure to keep each of her visits efficient, but personal, remembering personal details about each patient. Never being a fan of going to the doctor, Dr. Robins makes the experience much less intimidating and I appreciate everything she does. She's a great doctor and I highly recommend her!

WONDERFUL!!
I have been seeing Dr. Robins for fifteen years and I can't imagine seeing anyone else. She is pleasant, intuitive, easy to talk to, extremely competent, and she listens carefully to what the patient is saying. The office is run efficiently and VERY seldom is there more than a 15-minute wait to see her. Usually I am in and out of the office in less than 30-45 minutes TOTAL. The staff is pleasant and efficient too. Even though I moved a considerable distance away, I still make a 2-hour one-way trip to see Dr. Robins. If you're needing a primary care doctor for whatever reason, I would encourage you to make an appointment. She would be an excellent choice.
