Fantastic Experience!
Located in a relatively new plaza on Venice in Culver City. Used their underground parking which was free with validation. I got lucky, as reception got me checked in quickly and med staff did a great job of diagnostics & addressing my concern. Bravo Carbon CC!!

I got sick overseas. As soon as I landed in LA, I met with the PA (Kevin Nelson), very kind, friendly person. He said I either have the flu, covid, or rsv- didn’t have me get tested for anything. He looked in my left ear (which was plugged from nasal congestion). He said it looked very red, very angry, with fluid buildup behind the eardrum. Then proceeded to only prescribe me cough medicine and sent me on my way. I was too sick to fight back but after seeing two doctors (MDs) the week after, they were wondering why the urgent care PA didn’t immediately prescribe steroid ear drops for the inflamed ear canal, or any steroids for that matter or antibiotics. I lost a whole week of recovery as a result but am now getting the proper treatment with actual professionals. Come here if you have *very basic* surface level issues. I came here before to get my ears cleaned- service was phenomenal. Anything beyond this level of complexity, avoid this place, don’t waste $$ and precious recovery time.

The most incredible urgent care I have been to in my 35 years of existence! Parking was so easy, google maps takes you straight to the parking garage, and the urgent care validates your parking. The clinic was super tidy and so beautifully decorated for the holidays, felt so warm and welcoming! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The nurse was very courteous and explained every single thing she was going to do and what I can expect for pain level etc. Both the nurse and the doc were super kind, patient, actively listened, and offered great advice and tips. I live in downtown LA but this clinic is going to be my go-to for any urgent issues (telling all of my local friends and family to check out this place!). Highly recommend! 10/10

Need to ensure you communicate office hours effectively. Scheduled an appointment when the office was closed and was not communicated about it. Drove there to find a sign at the door saying they were closed.

Carbon health was an excellent experience. Madina the PA was an amazing listener and diagnostician. The clinic was clean, everybody was happy, overall great experience.

I came in to get foot pain checked out. They provided the basics and referred me to another place for MRIs. They said they didn’t have an X-ray machine in house. I expected this place to be more full service. Maybe I had too high of hopes

Wait was very short for my appointments. Staff were all very friendly, facilities were clean and organized. The doctor went through things a bit quickly , but I also went in for a pretty standard sinus problem that needed antibiotics, so not too much reason to be more thorough.

I really like this clinic's location but accessibility was difficult. I was unaware that patients could use the metro station parking structure and the clinic validates tickets.
The staff was extremely friendly and patient. I visited the clinic to get approval for surgery as I did not have a primary care physician in the area and they were able to complete all testing my surgeon needed on the same day. Having an appointment helps, but at the time I went they were already getting busy and the wait was still very long before seeing their onsite physician. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
