Waited for a long time but once I was seen everything was smooth and kind - the care coordinator who I met with first was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me, and the doctor came quickly after we finished and he was nice enough. Things are a bit confusing in the blood draw area, doctor said one thing but technicians said it wasn’t written... ultimately it ended up fine. A fine doctor to visit for a normal physical

I have been unable to refill my prescriptions since my last visit. I am not sure if the problem is with my insurance plan United Healthcare HMO, ZocDoc or my pharmacy.

I am a rather busty woman and as such i am used to Drs moving my breast aside to listen to my heartbeat but the two men i saw today didn't even attempt to do that. The first Dr somehow managed to rest the stethoscope just beside my nipple while his boss Dr Hemant Patel just straight up pressed the stethoscope on to my nibble. There was never a nurse present and the door remained closed. i was frozen with anxiety and unsure how to deal with the situation at the time it happened . I also didn't see why i needed two physical exams in the span of about 10mins. Do not recommend going there at all

I came in with back and leg pain I told the doctor it was going on for a long time and what I was taking didn't help. I said I didn't want any narcotics to ensure him I wasn't drug seeking. He said he was prescribing what I was already taking even though I said it wasn't helping. When I questioned him he for angry with me and told me to leave the exam room and to go to waiting room. I was surprised as I never had a doctor that got mad when you asked questions. Today someone from the office called to go over some lab work and during the conversation I told her what happened at the appointment and that I was still having a lot of pain. She said she'd let the doctor know. 10 minutes later I get a call from the office and was told that the doctor would not see me again and to find another doctor. I guess he doesn't like anybody questioning him. I've never been treated this way from any doctor so I highly recommend people to find someone else and not go to him for any reason. It was the worst experience I've ever had in over my 50 years with a physician.

First they said my insirance was accepted and later it was not. I was forced to reschedule because I was charged a co pay the 3rd rime i went but not the first or second time. It was very inconvenient. I plan on finding a new pcp, I do not truly feel they care about my well being. I am constantly told what is not likely for my age and health history, rather than just checking to put me at ease. As a physician it is an obligation to make your patients feel like you care about them. I do not believe that obligation was met on any occassion.

I visited Dr. Michelle Ellis, she took very detailed care as well as scheduled me to get all my test scheduled (even outside testing) immediately. Only gripe is the organization of the front desk it was rather slow, I showed up as a new patient 30minutes prior to my appointment time to fill out paper work. I wasn’t seen by an actual physician until an hour and a half after my scheduled start time.

The front desk staff was very helpful and very nice! The first Dr/PA I saw (sadly I can't remember her name) was excellent and Dr. K was very thorough and is exploring options no other Dr has ever done to help with my treatment (hypothyroidism) I highly recommend!

I had an 1pm appointment and was about 15 min late (called them in advance to notify them) and I waited about 40 min to be seen.
The physician that did my physical was helpful and efficient. Made sure I had everything I needed.

I am leaving this practice because they are completely disorganized, which had caused an issue whereby the have not signed a prescription to allow me to get a CPAP machine for 4 MONTHS. Absolutely unacceptable. Goodbye.

This people change doctors all the times is impossible to keep up with them, I rather have just one doctor that knows my business instead of having the whole entire practice knowing my business. It's really crazy. I also got into a really bad car accident and I had to follow up with my PCP and they didn't want to see me I think that's pretty weird I just wanted to let him know.
