I had a very disappointing experience here. The therapists seemed disengaged and unmotivated and even swapped patients mid-appointment. They placed random machines on me, started a timer, and walked away - no real treatment or therapy took place. I was scheduled for an hour and after 35 minutes of nonsense, the therapist said "you look tired, let's stop here for today." I explained that I felt fine and that we hadn’t actually done anything yet, but he insisted on ending the session anyway.
I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for proper, professional care.

Excellent team - Liza & Alex - skilled, professional, with superior customer service Liza prepared and created a personal PT plan forme. This facility id designed with patients in mind, and PT therapists work with you patient than hopping around from one to another, a welcome new addition to UES/ Carnegie hill.

Everyone was very kind and professional. I was a little bit late but they were very accommodating and thorough. The office is clean and inviting as well as all of the staff. I look forward to my next session there.

The staff here are very courteous and respectful, pleasant and professional. They know what are doing and willing to go a little further. They are very patient, always smiling. As soon as you walk in, they welcome you.
