I saw the nurse practitioner and she was fine. I waited close to an hour in a packed waiting room. I will go back, but I will make the first appointment of the day. Also noticed that the front desk people were not very professional. Two of them were talking while one of them was helping patients check in, and there were patients waiting to be checked in. One of the front desk personnel was quite short with one of the patients checking in.
I work in a doctors office and we are told to give "Ritz Carlton Attention" to our patients. That's what I expect now. Our patients continue to come back and give us constant 5 star reviews. The front desk is the MOST important part of a practice. The first contact.

Henna Shah is a nurse practitioner at Schweiger Dermatology Group.
She has several years of exclusive dermatologic experience including but not limited to skin cancer surveillance and treatment, acne, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, dermatitis, inflammatory conditions, and cosmetics.
Henna graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She obtained her Master of Science in nursing at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with the highest honors. She has been trained by leading physicians and practitioners at U Penn and the broader Philadelphia/Princeton area on all aspects of dermatology, and primary/preventative care throughout the patient’s lifespan.
She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. Henna strives to create a personal relationship and is dedicated to providing exceptional and comprehensive care for patients of all ages.
