It’s an excellent experience. I arrived 15min earlier, checked in and I was called exactly on my appointment’s time.
The doctor was pleasant and he was taking time to learn all my symptoms and health history before we started the check up. He did not rush and answered all my questions.

I was amazed by how nice Dr. Novack was.
He is so kind and sweet, very experienced and skilled cardiologist.
I didn't have major concern but wanted to get checked up.
He did EKG, blood work and Echo on me.
Waiting time was nothing for all of them.
He explained everything that I needed to know.
I am so glad that I found him.

Great. He was super informative. Only issue I had is that he just ran the same test my PCD ran the day before then I had to return. Only thing is the co pay was more since it was a specialist so in a sense I felt like it was just a repeat. Outside of that I have another follow up, so I look forward to seeing the doc again.

Dr. Novack has one of the best bedside manners of any doctor that I've met. He seems a bit frazzled/busy at times but it's only because he pays such a high amount of attention to all of his patients. I had multiple appointments with this doctor and each one was great. He seems to genuinely care and is one of the very few doctors that takes a lot of time explaining exactly what is going on, at one point he was literally drawing diagrams on a piece of paper for me to better understand. He's very thorough.
