I checked in by phone. After an hour of waiting I received a phone call asking, did I forget my appointment, asking where I am. I had been in the waiting room for an hour. Evidently, checking in on the app does not work you have to check in with the receptionist too. How stupid, I was furious ! The receptionist saw that my name was highlighted , but she didn’t know what that meant. There was absolutely no signage stating that one has to check in, in person and no mention of it in an e mail or on the app. Very poor management . Whats the point of checking in remotely if it does nothing!!!

I went there be wise I was having heart palpitations, shortness of breath, lighted headand light chest pain. I had to wait a bit just because I got there one hour early, but I didn’t have to wait much. The front desk was very polite and attentive. The medical assistant too. The doctor made me feel very comfortable. She explained and answered every question. She kept saying you’ll be alright, it made me feel better. I have 3 more tests to do. Everything went well. Most likely is stress related, nothing to worry about. I’ll definitely come back again!
