Saw dr frank on 12/5 for a total of
10 sec..sent me for mri..which i had on 12/21...still hasn't called with results..his office did leave a msg however that i owed them an additional 39.00. Which i do not....Got annoyed n never called them back ....this is why im trying a different doctor

The receptionist warned me that it's a busy day but the wait was maybe 15 minutes.
The doctor is down to the point and courtagious. I had trouble localizing the pain, but he took the time to help me and double checked everything.
The nurse was friendly and smiling despite being tired.

He seemed kind and was willing to answer my questions. i feel like he maybe could have explained things to me right away, but I came to the apointment having done my research about my problem and therefore knew the right questions to ask anyway. Otherwise, no complaints. He did very clearly explain how he was going to cure my bunion with the surgery and I felt confident that he knew what he was talking about and what he would be doing.
