What a great practice! I was able to book a Saturday morning appointment on Friday afternoon, and it was confirmed in minutes. The doctor and all of the staff were very friendly and attentive. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I highly recommend Dr. Schwat.

Dr Schwat was great! Very short wait time. He really knows what he is talking about. I love their service!

The day of the appointment started on the wrong foot, the doctor's receptionist called to confirm and asked me to go more than an hour earlier, which totally ruined my plans for the day. Then she refused to accept my insurance policy because even though it was Blue Cross it was registered in another state and they would only accept local CA Blue Cross. So I had to make a few phone calls to my insurer untill I settle the problem. It turned out that the receptionist just allowed herself to be influenced from past problems they had with another patient. When I arrived there the office was dull and really unwelcoming and the doc spent exactly two minutes with me. His comments or I should say the 2 phrases he said to me were vague, incomplete and unsatisfactory, he gave quickly a prescription and didn't really give me much further directions on what to do. I would deffinitelly NOT recommend him.

I saw Dr. Schwat's assistant today and she was amazingly kind and informative. She treated my symptoms, helped me with my prescriptions and totally explained everything as we were going. Although Dr. Schwat is nice, I felt that his assistant took her time with me, & answered all my questions. I really hope to see the Assistant Doctor again!
