The exam and Jordan were good, but I was given the wrong instructions by the staff. The instructions I received advised me to use Polysporin (24 hours after my biopsy), which wasn't included with the instructions. I called and left a voice-message with the Berman clinic during office hours to see if I actually needed to purchase Polysporin, since other treatments were included with the instructions. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back until the next day. In the meantime, I waited on the phone and in line at Walgreen's for over 2 hours to obtain a medicine which, as it turned out, I didn't need. In addition, the instructions said that I would need to schedule a follow-up appointment to "remove the sutures," but, as Jordan pointed out, I didn't have any sutures. I am glad that Jordan confirmed that I had been given the wrong instructions; otherwise, I would still be confused.

Jordan was very knowledgeable about my dermatology condition, quickly recommended a change to my treatment plan, and the office was very quick in putting in the medications to pharmacies.

I had a great experience with Jordan Sternbach, PA. They were professional, calm, and very thorough when examining and explaining the warts I had. I felt supported and well-informed throughout the entire consultation. They clearly explained the treatment options, recommended cryotherapy, and we were able to start the first session right away.
The process felt safe, respectful, and efficient. I really appreciate the doctor’s professionalism, clarity, and the way they made an uncomfortable situation feel manageable. Highly recommend.

Not sure how this place is so highly rated - i waited over 45 minutes to be seen and i was prescribed steroids since my body was having an allergic reaction and they forgot to send it to the pharmacy. Now i cant even get a hold of the office because they're number sends you to their offshore call center
