The office exhibited the highest levels of professionalism and courtesy. As far doctor's offices go, it was one of the friendliest atmospheres I've experienced. The doctor and staff truly care about who is sitting in front of them and will answerwhatever question you have. This is your one stop for high quality medical attention.

I currently don't have any major medical issues that I am aware of so I have only seen Dr. Yager for routine treatments and prescription refills. I have never had an issue getting an appointment on short notice through ZocDoc andmy visits are quick and easy, usually in and out within 30 mins which is awesome. The office is interesting, with a lot of antique medical equipment and advertising, and the office staff is always friendly and engaging.

Once I was taken to the back room, everything was quick and professional. However, I had a 9 am appointment and took over an hour to be seen. During this time, individuals who had appointments later than I were seen implying that I was skipped over.

Don't go here. They are disorganized and cannot keep up with your records. I have been on the phone with them for a month trying to ge them to fax a form to my work. They are not up the task.I went by on my lunch break they made me wait 30 mins to even see me, then I found out they lost my form. They gave a fax number to fax them an additional form. When I went to send the form it was lost. The medical service wasn't anything special. Place is disorganized and outdated. They will cause you a lot of stress.

I scheduled an 8:30 appointment on ZocDoc but due to Dr Yager not being there the office hours were changed from 8-12 to 9-1 but this was not reflected online. I was able to get into the waiting room by 9and wasn't seen for another 15 minutes. I'm thinking of finding another doctor that's closer. I like being able to schedule online but if it isn't effective then convenience has no value.

It was ok. Seemed less thorough than other doctors, but I'm not a dr so can't say for sure if he did all he should have. Very weird vibe in office - but just weird, not bad.

I never have a problem getting an appointment right away whenever I need to see him, that is the number one attribute of his office. Secondly, the nurse is super friendly and they don't treat you like a "problem", but apatient. His visit are very thorough, and he always listens to any issues I have. The only problem I have with Dr. Yager, is not really with Dr. Yager, but rather with the medical community as a whole. They do not understand, that once your brain has been changed and re-wired for as long as mine and so many other's have, it is not going back to normal, and I have basically cut back as much as I can, if I cut back anymore I would begin to get sick and have cravings. He also (like the rest of the medical community) seems to think that going to meetings like AA and NA are not only helpful, but necessary. I don't have time to explain to him how those organizations actually make things worse for 95% of the population, and they only help five percent. However, what is worse is that not only do they not help, they actually cause harm and other psychologically problems- you name it, they cause it. However, he is just doing his job, which is what is required of him. Also, I know for a fact that the two drugs that showed up on the screen were not put into my body ever! He actually seemed to believe me, which was quite relieving. He treats you like a person and not another nuisance, I would recommend him to anyone in need of a caring doctor, without thinking twice. Thanks Dr. Yager!

At first I was thrown off because the interior design was "historical" to say the least. The office whole office looked like a museum. However, the treatment was very thorough. Would definitely recommend.

I felt like the appointment was much quicker than I'd expected. I waited just over a half hour, which - sadly - I consider pretty average based on my past experiences. I will say that I was able to get anappointment pretty quickly. As for bedside manner - I had some concerns about sleep problems that I did not feel were met with any real compassion. I asked questions about some potential side effects of medication and was just told 'well then you don't have to take it.' The nurse was very kind. I just felt like the doctor was a little disinterested. He came on a strong recommendation from a friend which makes me wonder if it wasn't just an off day? I will probably not go back, so my hunt for a new primary care doc continues. :/

Very strange and unprofessional. Waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes despite appointment. While waiting I could clearly hear him speaking on the phone with other patients. While not only strange, it's probably a HIPAA violation. Theexam room wasn't clean and was strangely adorned. The nurse messed up when drawing my blood and left an 8-inch bruise on my arm. Dr Yager himself was nice, but overall a negative experience.

It was quite dirty, and the office is out of a converted residence. Much like a boutique. The doctor was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing, but the office needs to be cleaned out, floors mopped andsuperfluous debris removed from the office spaces. Lots of old medical equipment laying around, wires, dead insects, etc. and looks more like a five and dime than a doctors office.
