She is a sweet lady and wonderful doctor. My son loves her. She explained.a lot to us about his ADHD that previous doctors didn’t explain.
The only thing about her office is they are super slow. 50 mins to get into a room and 30 mins to see her.

Once we saw her- 2 hours after vitals-she was great. Office didn't seem too busy-but there were others waiting in rooms as well, who hadn't been seen.
I really need the wait time to be significantly less if we are going to remain patients.

I will never visit this doctors office ever again for a number of reasons. 1. When I booked this appointment I received an email from this site (zocdoc) for new patient paperwork. I completed the paperwork however the doctors office called me (an hour before my appointment) and said that I had not completed the paperwork. I explained to them that I completed the paperwork through zocdoc; they said yes but we have our own. They had TWENTY TWO forms I had to fill out within an hour (lets just say I didn't complete the forms). 2. I arrived there on time (2pm appointment), however, I did not see the doctor until after 315pm. Not only was the wait time absolutely unacceptable but the time that we sat in there without anyone letting us know what was going on was unacceptable as well. I had to step out of the room and ask whats going on. Finally, reason #3, once the doctor walked in, she did not acknowledge the wait time, what she did do was take the first 20+ minutes talking down on my daughter because of how she spent her summer (during COVID)!!!. My daughter stated that she played her xbox mostly and the doctor said ÿoure wasting your life away¨. Literally! She said this to an 11 year old kid. She compared my daughter to other kids who I? assuming she approved of how they spent their summer. She said COVID is no excuse because öther girls learned a new language" or ¨she could have played tennis¨ I sat there in disbelief because I couldn't believe that this doctor was basically scolding my child for being just that A KID! I finally had to say ïs this part of the physical¨ and thats when she finally stopped talking and began to conduct the physical. After the million forms, the wait time, and the way she talked to my daughter, I will NEVER go back to this doctor!

First visit. LAST visit. New to area/state. Persuaded me to change my son's medication. (Medication he has successfully been on for over 8 years.)
Absolutely refused to write RX unless it was for the brand she recommended/endorsed. Very pushy.
Also, her office rescheduled appt via email with less than one day's notice.
Will find another pediatrician, one more professional than Edenhoffer.

I was not happy. I always have to wait and they usually forget to communicate with the patients parents. It has been two times that I go and have to call the front desk to let them know I am in a room waiting to be seen with my child. I would never ever recommend this establishment to anyone.

The wait was ridiculous. We were there for two hours. First the system had us in there as current patients when we were new. Then they forgot to tell me I needed to call in and have the insurance PCP changed. It was 30 minutes in the waiting room, 30 minutes before the nurse went to walk in the left suddenly, another 20 minutes before she came back, and another 20 minutes after that before the doctor even showed up. The only awesome thing was that Dr. Edenhoffer sat down with us and spent almost 15 minutes in the appt with us going over everything. She took the time to watch our daughter and let us ask everything we wanted to know. She was great with our daughter.
NOTE: ZocDoc allowed me to schedule my new patient appt at 6PM, when the latest they do normally is 3:30PM. This is what caused the initial wait screw up.

Dr. Edenhoffer has a wonderful way with the kids. All 3 of my children really liked her bedside manner. The only regret is not having her as their caretaker sooner.
