I am a board-certified physician in family medicine, having earned my Doctor of Medicine from Loma Linda University and completed my residency in Family Medicine at the same institution. Improving the quality of life for my patients is my biggest healthcare passion. My patients are more than just a diagnosis—they are people. As someone personally diagnosed with a chronic disease who has been in the medical system since birth, I understand how much more there is to life than what is written in a file. I aim to bring that same mindset, joy, and passion to my patients to help them live a more fulfilling life.

They don't even have a wait room at this clinic. You literally show up, respond to a text they send confirming you've parked, and it sends you an exam room to go to for your visit. The nurse was waiting in the room for me, right on time. Honestly stunned at the efficiency, I'm not going anywhere else again.

Easy and fast turn booking through zocdoc. Was seen on time no wait, staff and doc were friendly. Their portal is helpful, staff and doc are responsive. As with anything do your own homework, ask questions and find out for yourself if it’s a good fit.

Finding a new doctor and practice is always nerve wracking but this was a surprisingly pleasant and easy experience. I was able to schedule appointments easily using ZocDoc, got several reminders via text. My appointment with Dr. Frey was on-time, which I really appreciate. While the team is super efficient, I never felt rushed at all during my visit. His staff was pleasant and kind. Dr. Frey was very nice, thorough and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I was in and out with lab work well under an hour, which is never the case in my past experiences at other practices. Highly recommend!

This is what a doctor's visit should be. I was able to schedule an appointment easily and be seen in just 2 days. I arrived a little early and the MA and Dr. Frey were right on time. Amazingly efficient in getting my vitals, shot, exam, follow-up scheduled, and lab work.
Completely seamless and I waited maybe a total of 5 minutes throughout the entire process. Even though they are efficient, Doctor Frey and his MA took the time to explain everything, do a proper exam, let me ask questions, and I did not feel rushed at all. Everyone I spoke to including the receptionist, MA, doctor, assistant, and lab nurse were all friendly and courteous.
Forget the places that book you over a month out, then make you wait 30 - 45 minutes to see the MA, then another 30 minutes for the actual doctor, then only wait even longer for lab work or anything else you need. A visit like this is the way it should be and multiple people in my office at work now use this location.

Stay away!!!! The worst experience of my life. I’ve never walked out of a doctor’s appointment before. The entire process from start to end was atrocious. Had to fill out forms multiple times. Couldn’t get a hold of a human being. You are a number. You are automated. You mean nothing to these people or this practice. This is what happens when private equity buys doctor’s offices and clearly only cares about profit. I don’t even want to get into the rest, and how I was treated when I arrived (nothing against the receptionist), but they had no idea why I was coming. I told them, through text, and I still got asked by the MA why I was there. She then said there was missing information (which I had already entered twice) and that was just one thing. Stay away. I promise you. I can’t even imagine if I were an older person or someone who really needed medical help. All I wanted was a physical and blood work, and that was a nightmare to try to get accomplished. Stay away at all costs!

It seems anyone can access the building and go straight to the exam rooms without being screened or ensured that they are there for legitimate reasons.
Although this new process is more efficient being in a waiting room, it does not seem as secure.

Dr. Frey called me a couple of times, when I tried to call back I could never get to a live person. It's really frustrating that there is no way to get a call in. I really miss the old App for messaging too. The new portal is clunky and awkward to use.

Dr. Frey was very thorough and easy to talk to. The only negative was the lab on the first floor. I had to be pricked 4 times to get blood drawn.

Good communication prior to the appointment. However, a slight bit of confusion once at the office because the medical staff didn’t know I was there. Also, took a bit of time to send the lab request to the phlebotomists. Overall, really good experience and will definitely recommend Dr. Frey to others! Very patient, personal and professional.

Overall great experience pertaining to the doctor and nurses. The lady in the front didn’t seem like she had much knowledge about billing. I feel I was over charged and when I asked for an itemized list of my charges she just gave me the bill. She said because I was a new patient it was more. I’ve never heard of that. I’m not sure I if I will be returning because of that issue. I can say the doctor and nurses were great just hope they find someone else more knowledgeable for the front.
