Amazing. Sonata was beyond attentive. Both she and the PA I saw were very thorough. They did not rush the appointment. They took time to take a detailed history and set me up with needed future appointments and referrals. I can't recommend this office and staff enough. I am very happy to have found an excellent primary care physician here. Additionally, the front desk staff was kind and understanding, and I was seen even upon late arrival. Great experience all around.

Medical staff were inefficient with my time (kept me for 3+ hours for a simple matter). And they made a bunch of sloppy mistakes with information that I provided.

I almost left after waiting 45 mins to be walked back, people in front of me were waiting 1 hr and half already. I didn’t want to wait that long so I got up reschedule my appointment, as soon as I said that they proceeded to walk me and the other people to the back. I was seen by a PA-S for about 1-2 hours and waiting periods of 20-30 mins before the doctor finally came in 2 hours later. He was nice did his exams and did everything possible to help me get to a solution. After being there for 3 and half hours I left satisfied with his help. He’s very very short staffed, only like one assistant and during my visit the front desk came into the room and seemed to have handed him a resignation letter. So if you come here on a Monday be ready to wait, wait, wait & wait!

the doctor was good, so was the staff, but the office is not well managed with lots going on, the nurse was running around, stayed with one patient, then to the other. i am not sure i will come back again.

I’m never disappointed each time I come to this office. Everyone is extremely pleasant and professional. The doctors have wonderful bedside manner and they take their time with you. For me this is important, I don’t like to feel rushed and I like to interact with my doctor. I’ve been a patient
here for over 5 years and I have referred my coworkers to this location. Everyone is satisfied, keep up the great work.

Doctor's bedside manner was fine in person, but he was SOOO rude, condescending, and unpleasant over the phone that I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. I've never had a doctor made me feel like that in all of my years and will tell everyone to avoid this place if possible.

Dr Kleyn and his associate who conducted my physical were very pleasant, and made the overall experience a good one. He gave me a prescription for something my specialist normally would, as I was close to running out. Everyone was really friendly, the offices and rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing that let them down was the wait time, which was over an hour and thirty minutes to see a Doctor and then another hour to conduct the physical. They did not have my appointment or check in papers from ZocDoc either, which was a bit annoying.

Had a physical exam conducted by Dr. Kleyn's associate. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the exam results. I never felt rushed. Great experience that cemented my decision to have Dr. Kleyn's as my primary care physician.

Awful doctor, other patients with later appointments were seen ahead of me because they were of same ethnicity as the doctor and I was not, doctor was severly late and I was finally seen when I got up to leave because I felt the entire experience was disrespectful. Staff obviously has no idea about what they are doing they knew which insurance I have and they still managed to send my blood to the wrong lab which resulted in my insurance not covering the charge after calls to the office and promises for a return call the billing issue is still not fixed. Incompetent doctor and staff and a dirty office filled with flies.

TERRIBLE A TRUE JOKE, WAITED FROM 940AM TO 1130AM WITH A 10AM APPOINTMENT BEFORE BEING SEEN. NOT ONLY THAT BUT WHEN THE DOCTOR FINALLY GOT TO THE OFFICE LATE, NO APOLOGY WAS EXTENDED AND EVEN THOUGH I WAS THE FIRST APPOINTMENT THEY SAW SOMEONE FROM THEIR COUNTRY OVER ME FIRST! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT DOCTOR AS SOON AS MY BLOOD WORK COMES BACK BECAUSE THE DOCTOR IS A JOKE, THE OFFICE IS A JOKE AND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS JUST UNACCEPTABLE.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DOCTOR AND HIS PRACTICE, AND THE OFFICE SMELLED OLD.

Dr. Kleyn and his staff are amazing! They are very respectful and gentle when handling their patients. His facility is very clean as well! I came in with cold symptoms and their in office treatment left feeling not congested anymore! My fiancé has Dr. Kleyn as a primary as well and was suffering from unexplainable hives for several days. He was treated at his office and hasnt broke out since. If you want the best treatment at the best facility, come see Dr. Kleyn! He's great!
