My experience at this office was fantastic. The staff were all very welcoming and nice, especially as a new patient. The wait time in the office was not long at all before my initial appointment. Both providers that I spoke with were very pleasant and very helpful. They listened to All of my concerns, And is a black woman in America that means a lot. They also made sure I had the appointments that I need scheduled were scheduled before Our conversation ended. Something that stood out about this office is that It’s basically a one stop shop. They provide other services such as dental services, reproductive and family services and mental health services. They also have a lab on site for blood draws . I will absolutely be going back.

The system was down. Lots of unprofessional people. Waited over an house me and decided to leave. They were calling people who were there for shorter periods of time before us. Dirty chairs. We were switching to a new pediatrician (looking for a black one) but we will stick with the current one if this is any indication of options out there.
