“last time I went to this place, they didn't even send it to my insurance co. I asked this time if they would send it to my insurance company. when I arrived the staff was chatting with another patient and went on for a good 5 minutes leaving me standing waiting (I couldn't sit because of pain). they were discussing local real estate. about 7 minutes late, they finally asked me for my info. yes part of that situation was the other patient but they should have politely dismissed her or taken me on the other side. are they afraid to excuse someone because of the location? affluent area and money? some additional CS training might be in order.”

She was outstanding in her friendliness, intelligent questioning, conclusions after the examination. This young lady is a treasure!”

I was very pleased with the care I received. Usually when going to urgent care, I expect to sit in a waiting room for a long time and then wait even longer once I’m brought back to a room… That was not the case here. From the time I got there to the time I left, I was there for maybe 20 minutes. Extremely friendly staff, very clean lobby and rooms, I will absolutely come back.
