I’m struggling right now and was very lost when I set my appointment, and he provided me with a step-by-step plan to get back to myself, and presented me with options I didn’t even know were available to me/applicable to my situation. I will definitely be keeping him as my PCP.

The front office was incredibly helpful and friendly. The nurses were informative and kind. My wait time was super brief. Dr. Irvin Del Angel was warm, friendly, and took the time to talk with me. I never felt rushed. He answered all of my questions and was overall simply amazing. I recommend his care to anyone.

The doc never called in my medication it took another doc friend of my girl friends to call the office since I couldn’t get anyone to return my messages day after my appointment then finally after a doctor friend called the office Dr angel called me himself . Dr Angel said he was waiting to see if the Phymacy had the medicine in stock. That seemed a little fishy to me because everyone knows that if the pharmacy did not have a medication in stock, then they would reach out to you and let you know it’s on back order and let you know when the medicine back in stock. I have feeling he was lying to me and never sent my medication over in the first place . I don’t want to be pushed around and my medicine never to be sent over when he told he would send it over that day and I explained I travel for work and was leaving Saturday for out of town . Just a lot of no communication! Very upsetting
