“FNP Cassandra was amazing. She confirmed with me multiple times to make sure she was understanding my symptoms and experiences, and talked me through everything. She was respectful and kind. Some providers can make you feel like they’re rushing you out of your office, but FNP Cassandra was really thorough and made sure I felt comfortable and created a safe space for me. Her assistant was also incredibly kind, and they both took the time to explain everything from what testing were going to be done today and when I should expect to get the results back. Thank you!!”

They were so great! Listened and helped me immediately. I went in for back pain I had for about a week. They really saved me!!!
Although we were seen in a reasonable amount of time, after the consult and communicating next steps to go to the ER bc she stated that my dad might have an abdominal aneurysm since she was hearing a pulsating noise, the NP took an hour to send in an order to the ER and to get me the location. We were at this facility for over 2 hours in total. When we went to the ER she sent the order to, it was closed. We had to go back to the urgent care facility where I had to repeatedly ask for a copy of my father’s clinic notes because the NP “had to talk to her supervisor” to get the notes. When asked why we waited an hour to get the name of the ER, there was no explanation or response. I was provided a copy of his clinic notes, and we handled the rest of care with an ER I had to find. It was an unpleasant, and frustrating experience at this facility.
I needed to go to an urgent care near me and came across this places. It was also recommended by a friend of mine. To my surprise this facility is very transparent with their prices for those who have no health insurance and those who do. It was very nice to know what to expect financially. I also enjoyed that their staff was all professional, polite, and aware of appointments. I had the opportunity to speak with the receptionist and she was very friendly and if she needed anything from me that I was unsure of where to find she took the time to guide me. For my first time to this place I loved it. Victoria was wonderful and knowledgeable. She was able to also find answers of my concerns and provide insight of what I needed to do. I also love that get offer iv therapy. This facility is a good place to visit for your doctor needs and health needs.

I know everyone has had bad experiences with Urgent Care clinics. They either take too long or they don't take your insurance or they don't provide good care. None of this was true about my appointment today. I cut my thumb and was seen right away the staff took excellent care of me beyond what I would think would be expected.

The facility is new and very clean. Located very close to my work, this will be my go to spot for IV therapy and sick visits.
Fantastic first experience, much better than the other CareLess Urgent Care or memorial Hermann. Doctor with nice bedside manner, tests done quickly, easy and upfront pricing all on the monitor menu when you walk in. The IV stuff is a huge benefit for this season immunity boosting for common cold.
