This practice is fine. The Doctor is experienced and knowledgeable. The front desk staff can be a little sassy, but still charming if you know how to deal with them (kill them with kindness).
The only thing I'll say is that they are VERY low tech, so don't assume they've gotten all your info from pre-checking in with zocdoc and bring your own pen!

Forgot to review. I went in for my the exzcema on my hand, he did nothing for me. He barely asked me what was wrong , & rushed through the apt. The medicine he prescribed was not covered, I called and asked received no response or care in the world. I rushed back to my doctors after he came back from vacation. I will never go back

Right away asked for the co-pay, very money oriented. Doc is going from room to room to see patients. Receptionist call 3 patients at 1 time then ask them to wait in individual rooms then Doc does the hopping. Max time he spends with the patient is 2 min or less. Writes the Rx & off you go.

Dr Novick was very professional and pleasant. I was very pleased in the way he took of the problem I was having with my skin. Also, staff was very kind. Will definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking for a dermatologist! Thank you.

I arrived 12 minutes before my appointment time at 11 and I saw the doctor around 11:30. I was not in a rush, so I did not mind the delay, but it is something to keep in mind if you're a very busy person. The office is run my husband and wife, both doctors. I saw the wife on my first visit, and the husband on my second. The husband was nice and had a warm presence. I was nervous over a piercing infection and he didn't give me stern advice, but he was helpful. Overall, I would recommend the office.
