Dr. Saini was pleasant, informative and easy yo talk to. I would recommend her to anyone. About a 30 minute wait, not horrible. Office staff were friendly and welcoming. Facility was clean and bright. I will be seeing her for all my dermotology needs from now on.
very nice doctor good with children was a very good visit will go back again
Helpful, quick and warm! Highly recommend
I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen, apparently that was abnormal. I had a very brief skin exam. The doctor seemed competent.
Excellent, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff.
Was very pleased with the way the visit was handled from beginning to end .
The office visit was great. The attending physician was very nice and very informative. I was very satisfied and I would highly recommend the physician to relatives and friends.
Dr. Saini is a sweetheart! She is very kind and welcoming. She was very informative and was able to answer all my questions efficiently. Definitely recommend her!
It was awsome thanks
Her staff were very friendly. Anita was very nice, in particular. Dr. Saini was efficient in her diagnosis and with a bit of humor, which I appreciated.
My appointment was scheduled for 9am which was confirmed by voicemail and over the phone, however when I arrived at the office, it appeared that several other patients were also scheduled at 9am. I'm assuming some of them were for procedures and might not have been scheduled to see the doctor, but I still ended up waiting an hour and 15 min before being seen. Besides the long wait, I had a good experience with the clinicians. The support staff seemed a bit unprofessional (late to open up the office, rude to one another). I'll wait to see how the treatment goes in a few weeks.
The person who took care of me was amazing! However the organization and professionalism of the business can improve. When I arrived the door was locked and the lights were off and the several paper signs in the door were really confusing for a first time visit. Called the 2 listed phone numbers and no one picked up either. Waited outside the office for 30 min before I even figured out how to get in.
she's awesome and fast and knows what she is talking about. Any skin problem I just ask her!
Very professional office. Every member of the staff was great! Highly recommended!
Long wait time each time I've had an appointment; office has uncomfortable chairs and no magazines; would prefer to watch CNN over endless infomercials about cosmetic procedures. When I was having a procedure, assistant called my name out in waiting room and said "You need another procedure" - in front of the other patients; then she did it again when I was complete! At the last visit, MD said she would return to exam room for post procedure follow up but I sat there for 20 minutes and then was told that my visit was over - no follow up on procedure. Not sure I will return.
doctor spend more time offering botox and other cosmetic procedures than really examining my body. I clearly said I don't want to use any acid in the summer and she prescribed me acid. she's nice, but because she has a cosmetic company inside her office I think she has another objective
Doctor always listens and answers any questions. She is not judgemental and always is willing to consider any type of treatment.
You will ALWAYS wait at least 30 minutes to see the doctor. Also, she will only write a RX for a 30-day supply so if you need a maintenance medication you will be in the office every month for a follow up appointment. I get the feeling she wants to keep me from healing so she doesn't lose a steady income stream. This is the kind of doctor that also pushes other in-house services and products. I called to request a refill before I left for a trip but was denied despite the fact that I had just been in the office a few weeks before. I was on hold for over 15 minutes when I called (the usual) and the RX was never called in nor did I receive a follow up call. Now I have to wait 2 more weeks because there are no late appointments available. To add insult to injury, during my last visit a guy randomly walked into the exam room while I was waiting and looked at my face and started talking about my condition. Then he introduces himself as an intern. It was an intrusion of my privacy. The last thing I want at the doctor's office is an audience. Skip this doc and find someone else.
The visit was awesome, office look clean and neat. The staff was very professional. Also Ritu Saini, MD read was awesome, she had understand my needs.
Waited more than an hour to see the doctor, who spent less than 7 minutes talking to me, and charged an excessive fee for a 'specialist visit' for nothing more than a prescription, which I probably could/should have gotten at my local pharmacy. She did not seem interested or provide any additional information regarding the skin condition I went to see her for, and the appointment left me very frustrated.
Solved my problems and some more!
I like Dr. Saini and i've been here twice. Waited 30 minutes the first time and now 40 minutes this time even with the appointments. Unfortunately, that is a dealbreaker for me since i usually plan my own schedule around these appointments, therefore, it brings down my overall experience. They did apologize but she also looked at me blankly when she explained that she has other procedures that took longer than expected...(almost seemed like a half apology?). Also, she then tried to ask me to stay longer so their other staff member can sell me their other services (sort of like how new gyms try to make you stay after your first workout with them). Needless to say, i said i had to REALLY go.
The dr was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
Dr Saini was the third doctor I consulted for a skin condition. I was growing so frustrated that the prior doctors could not identify the problem nor were they really taking the time to figure it out. Dr Saini knew immediately what was wrong, yet still took time to consider/investigate other causes and order a biopsy. I left the office so happy that I saw someone who actually gave me the answers I was looking for.
MD was nice and professional, but she asked if she could send in a " medical. Esthecian " - Really?! I don't appreciate being treated like a potential customer for beauty products when I go to the doctor. Avoid !
Long wait time Visit was not that helpful
She was pleasant and professional. I feel the medication she gave me was exactly what I needed. She will by my dermatologist from now on.
She showed she actually cared about my problems and provided me with the treatment I needed. I admit, I was skeptical at first, but everything turned out great.
Dr. Saini is an excellent doctor, with great bedside manner. I always feel that she truly cares about her patients, and I'm confident with the decisions she makes on any issue that I have. She has also gone above and beyond the norm for me. I highly recommend her.
DOCTOR INTERACTION Dr. Saini was respectful, professional, and kind. Those 3 merits are the only reason I would visit this office again. She didn't try to talk over me, as some prideful medical professionals are sometimes apt to do, and listened carefully to what I said, and suggested possible treatments/procedures that were in line with other dermatologist have suggested. Other aspects were not so favorable: PRE-VISIT If you get a link from the office to do pre-office paper work, don't fill it out, and don't upload your Insurance Card. You'll be wasting your time. Their system in the actual office doesn't receive the info you fill out. VISIT The office administration was horrible. The receptionist was clueless as to why I had come for a visit (a cosmetic consultation) and said that it was their office policy to take the deductible upfront, which can be pricey (am not at liberty to write actual amount here on Zocdoc). When I asked what goes into calculating that cost, she refused to let me know. It was only after I had spoken to another nurse and their accountant, that they informed me they were mistaken, and that the consultation was--as it should be--free. By this time, at least 20 minutes had elapsed, and I was quite a bit frustrated. If the office can better train their receptionist, and improve ZocDoc - office communication, it'd be much better off.
Listen to all your concerns and explain everything you need to know about your condition and treatment.
She was trying to make sales with products they offer in her office.
The Dr was very nice, thorough and gave helpful medical advice.
I always like my visits with Dr Saini. She does a great job and makes me fell special and beautiful.
I saw Dr. Aziz at the Fresh Meadows location (he is the one that goes to that location). I arrived 15 mins before my 315P appt, but I wasn't seen by the doctor until roughly 25 mins after my appt time. In fact, he didn't arrive to the office until around 315, despite having a 3P appt on his schedule, so keep that in mind if you're booking the first appts of the day. That being said, the actual appt was great. Dr. Aziz was completely professional and personable. He seemed genuine and took his time, including insuring there was nothing else I wanted to go over. Overall a great experience and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for dermatologists in the area.
Dr. Saini is very personable and attentive. Her staff is wonderful very warm and caring. I had fillers because I just turned 70 and felt I needed a little tweeking. Everything went great very natural looking, nothing That looks odd or overdone. Very, Very, Satisfied.
Everyone in the office was very nice and very helpful!
It was okay
I was asked to pay the full fare and promised they would refund me after the claim is settled with my insurance company. Never heard from them again. The insurance covered the visit and I had to call them and ask for the refund. At that point, the person I spoke with had no access to billing and did not know anything. I did not appreciate the game playing.
We met with her associate Dr. Aziz Chowdhury. Dr. Chowdhury diagnosed my daughter's symptom immediately. Explained in detail the cause, effect and solution. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. The office is clean and the receptionist was pleasant. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.
Office clean. Took me in exactly at time of apt. Dr very nice and informative. Office called to confirm apt. Girl at front desk very pleasant. Waiting room needs magazines :) !!
Dr saini was very warm ,,she help with all my concerns. I'll will be going back
Everything was fine, very normal and I liked that she was training a new doctor.
Overall, my visit was quite satisfactory. I went to Dr. Saini to get her evaluation of a small eyelid lesion. She and her clinical staff assessed and treated it promptly, painlessly, and reassuringly. Was done and out the door in under 30 min. Dr. Saini and her team are friendly and efficient. They get the job done!
The office is easy to find, the staff very friendly. I waited 35 min, but they apologized (something that has never happened to me in a doctor's office), and the consultation was very professional and quick.
She did not seem very interested in hearing about the reasons for my visit. Everything was rushed and the only part of the visit where she seemed to be actually engaged on was at the end, when she tried to sell me unnecessary cosmetic procedures. Not recommended.
The visit was good. She was very professional and addressed all my medical issues.
The doctor and the, I believe, office manager, were friendly and helpful. The front desk receptionist could have been engaging and efficient.
Front desk could be a bit more friendly.
Receptionist had an attitude. And they only saw me for 5 minutes.
Dr. Saini is very professional and kind.
First time visiting, they had a professional and positive attitude. The dr explained things to me. I would recommend to anyone
She's really good. She explains everything what you need. Nd I'm looking forward for my next visit. I'm really happy I find dr. Ritu
Very pleasant and accurate. Explain everything in detail and how it will be treated.
I was not able to meet with Dr. Saini, but I did have the pleasure of working with Dr. Amrit Kumar. I have been to many dermatologists and he has been. by far, the greatest. He took his time to actually talk to me about my lifestyle and diet, since it can contribute to my psoriasis and cystic acne. He described in great length of certain medications I am eligible for and overall was very kind towards me! I would love to continue to see him.
Very professional and thorough...
Three members of my family have visited the office in the last month. All visits terrific. Very pleased each time.
I arrived for my appointment ten minutes early to fill out paper work and remained in the waiting room for about half an hour although there were very few patients in the office. I was taken to the exam room and waited another half an hour to see the doctor for two minutes. The waiting room was fine but the exam room was extremely disorganized. Not a place I want to be treated by a doctor. Dr Saini answered a few of my questions but didnt really give me an exam and then tried to sell me on the in house products. Pretty disappointing visit, I can only imagine that her four star rating on here is not real.
Very professional - great choice!
Never again! First off, Dr. Saini seemed nice enough but my first interaction with her office staff should've been an indication of what was to come. I waited at the desk (with no one in front of me) for at least 10 minutes (after almost an hour wait) while the two receptionists behind the desk kept picking up the phone and putting people on hold and then laughing about it. I overheard them say "This one won't give up". I should really have just left right then. After my check up, which again was ok, I was told I could pick up my prescription at my local pharmacy. After picking up it was unclear which of the 3 ointments were to be used where. So I called the office to get clarification. After 3 days of trying I finally got someone on who wasn't sure either. They said they'd get back to me. They didn't. I then finally go through again 2 days later and someone else gave me direction but was telling me to put the ointments in places I didn't even have checked out. I had to insist extremely aggressively that the Dr. call me back—which she did before the end of that day and I thought to myself "ok, I was supposed to go back for a follow up, but I'm not dealing with this office ever again". NO such luck. Three months later I get ANOTHER bill from the office. Another 3 days of trying to get through!! NEVER again... stay away!!
Always professional and kind. She listens to your concerns and offers clear detailed solutions in easy to understand terms. You never feel like she is talking over your head.
My appointment was with Dr. Kumar and he is the best! I've been to many dermatologists in the past to help me with my acne and my hypertrophic scar, but haven't had much success until now! Dr. Kumar is very personable and friendly and will definitely be a returning client in the future.
The best dermatology doctors, Dr.kumar well educated me and is a very knowledgable Doctor. The staff is very helpful and took care of me right away. Dr.kumar was truly Professtional and puts his patients as top priority, caring for his patients and come out with the best theraputic decision. Truly I have never seen a doctor that truly cares about his patients well being. Dr.Kumar truly is the best doctor putting his patients as top priority. Deffinetly recomend led without a doubt.
I had vad experience with the receptionist. I have to wait 3 days for my prescription to go through my pharmacy. If I did not call back I wont learn that she can't find my CVS branch because she said I gave her a wrong number. There was nothing wrong with CVS phone number twas the right number. She never contacted me at all! and the prescription was verbally told by the PA is not what was prescribed. I got zyrtec on my own. Not going back.
Pretty short wait time, Dr. Kumar was very informative and helpful.
It was a very quick and efficient check up. Painless for removal and injection of cysts.
Wonderful with teens
i had an appointment with Dr Kumar who was Great!
I will never return. I arrived 10 minutes early to my 9 AM appointment and wasn't seen until 9:45. The nurse's assistant told me I could only be seen for one thing at a time and had no manners. The assistants seemed to not care at all and had NO social skills. I am typically very polite to everyone and was on the verge of leaving before the doctor even saw me. Will not be returning - It was an uncomfortable experience.
This was my first time at this office. When I arrived they did not even have me on the schedule and stated to me that the doctor was about to leave for the day. Dr. Saini did see me and i disused my dermatological concerns and all see was focused on was trying to sell me her products. She did not even put a hand on me to exam me. This was an awful experience
Dr. Saini and her assistant were very thoughtful and thorough.
She's an attentive and informed doctor; wait time can be a bit long sometimes, even for the first appointment of the day.
I was seen by Dr. Kumar and he was great. He was very informative during his consultation and really explained each treatment so you are aware of the side effects and precautions before he recommends a certain treatment. Highly recommend him.
Dr. Saini was great. She made me feel at ease immediately and did a thorough skin exam, even though I only came in to check on one mole. I did not feel rushed at all and she answered all of my questions. And I was charged a reasonable amount, I believe, for the service, considering this is a Manhattan location (a big deal since my insurance is a high deductible one).
This was my second time visiting the office and today I was not seen by Dr, Ritu but by other Dr. Other Dr. was nice, attentive and listened carefully.
Today i saw the other doctor since my regular doc dr saini was unavailable. she was very nice sweet and professional. She made me feel comfortable. Only bad thing is the receptionist. Very unfriendly and gave me a hard time with everything. Making appointment. This is the knly docs office ive been to takes only Fax referrals. And not the electronic. And when my insurance company called she was very mean. Even the insurance company said i should change the doctor or something. Other than that its good.
This was my first visit for treatment of possible skin cancer along with other skin problem areas. Dr Saini explained everything, answered all of my questions and also asked me questions. I am sure that I have chosen the right doctor to treat my skin problems.
Informative, will def go to a follow-up.
The staff was surly and disrespectful. The doctor was thorough, but didn't give me much time. It felt like I was just another thing on the conveyor belt. I had to ask twice about the next course of action when the doctor was about to leave.
Dr. Saini is an excellent doctor. She is knowledgeable, quickly diagnoses and treats a problem, and genuinely cares about her patients. I always feel like I am in great hands with her - she gives you plenty of time and has a fantastic bedside manner. Also, Dr. Saini and her entire office staff are very efficient and nice.
Great appointment :)
Currently seeing Dr. Kumar for acne and scaring. Not were I want to be yet but he understands my skin type and I am comfortable and confident with the approach he's taking.
They very good
The visit was very nice
I was just having a mole checked and saw a different doctor than Dr. Saini, but she was equally as good.
She gave me a thorough skin cancer screening. She answered all my questions. Good bedside matter
Dr. Saini is awesome and her medical assistants are very sweet and helpful. Sadly her receptionist was not very professional and made me feel uncomfortable.
Professionalism and time spent explaining everything was greatly appreciated. The assistant was very kind and made the experience better. Office is new and very clean.
I met Dr Kumar. He was knowledge and shared lots of valuable information. Thank you.
I had a good visit, an acne consultation/check up, but it depends on how my problems clear up on whether or not I recommend her.
She was nice and knowledgeable.
I felt that the full body check was not thorough.
I booked an appointment and when I showed up they had no record that I had an appointment. This was really frustrating considering I do not even live or work very close to the office. The front desk was not apologetic or nice at all about the inconvenience. I rescheduled the appointment and when I went again I asked them before I went in to see the Dr. how much it would cost and they declined to tell me. The Doctor did not fully answer questions I had about my skin and offered me a prescription to help with hyperpigmentation that I couldn't see on my skin nor was I concerned with. I just really felt like she wasn't listening to me and she had terrible bedside manner and I felt her whole staff was lacking in interpersonal skills. I felt like she was just trying to sell me products. After the treatment I waited a long time (about a half hour) for the front desk to decide what they wanted to charge me. They were very secretive and went in a back room to talk about it. I felt very taken advantage of and they were acting very shady. I've never experienced anything like that at a doctor's office before. I would not recommend Dr. Saini and I will definitely not return to her office
The visit was very quick and the Dr is very pleasant ...I'm just waiting to see results from the treatment.
She gave me a complete skin cancer screening and a biopsy. For a reasonable fee she also burned off some skin tags.
My son had gotten a full body screen once before, so, to compare to the previous dermatologist, I felt this time was less thorough. The previous time every mole, birth mark or skin dysfunction was documented and photographed. This time I am really wondering if she really took a close look at his skin, especially the scalp. If she looked at it, I missed it.
Dr. Saini is kind, listens and takes the time to explain everything that is going on and what you can do to remedy it.
Met with Dr. Elish - she was thorough and professional, and also very congenial and understanding. I felt like I was really being treated as a person, which is far from a given in the industry, as well as receiving significant medical attention. The whole office experience was good, too. Everyone was friendly, and also very efficient in getting the job done. I'm not someone who generally likes going to the doctor, but Dr. Elish and her staff made it a pleasant experience.
The office staff is kind and considerate, and really lays out what to expect when dealing with the insurance companies. I really appreciated all of their assistance and explanations, and look forward to going back in the future!
I went to Dr. Saini for multiple visits, I felt the experience was horrible. From the onset, the first visit lasted less than a minute after waiting an hour. The second visit, she had her "nurse" do all of the work and came in for another 30 seconds. Overall I was deeply unsatisfied with the service. Being in the medical profession myself, I have an objective view point and Dr. Saini fails to deliver adequate medical care.
Her staff is terrible and tried to bill me for a different service than they provided (in order to hcarge me more money).
Everyone in the office was very friendly!
The wait was a little long but the office and staff were very pleasant. Dr. Saini was very professional. She was also, very warm and made me feel extremely comfortable. She took the time to answer all my questions. I was very pleased.
They had all my paperwork ready from what I filled out online so the check-in process was very efficient. Waited less than 15 minutes and didn't feel rushed at all by the doctor. She knew what the problem was immediately (after a previous doctor had no idea) and was able to pull up articles to show me on her iPad.
Nice atmosphere, very polite and easy to talk to!!
Amazing Doctor. Very honest, pragmatic, and punctual. I recommend.
Horrible experience !!!
I was having serious skin problems when I moved to the city, and waited six months as everyone told me they would go away after that time. Dr. Saini prescribed me with the right kind of medication, and things cleared up instantly. It has been a year since, and I have had no problems.
Dr Saini is my favorite for raising injectables to the level of artistry.
She was very nice and helpful. She also was very quick. Definitely gonna come back
Very professional, warm, and caring person!
As soon as I registered online for the appointment I got an email to complete a long online registration process. I filled it. It took a while but I figured I'd save time on the appointment (they had also called me the day before to get all my insurance info). No such luck, I get there 5 minutes before my appointment, and they hand me a pile to complete, I told them I had already completed ALL of the forms online. The clerk said she needed these too. I sit down, I look at all the pile and I see it's the exact information I had already completed, I got back. She says she needs it with my signature. Why on earth did I waste my time to complete the forms online then? WHY? So I spent 10 minutes filling the forms, again, and when I handed them I asked how much longer I had to wait, she said there was a wait. There was only one more person in the waiting room. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes (plus the 10 I spent filling forms). I just have no idea why they make you wait. Space out the patients better, or give me a call before I rush out of work!!!!! When I have meetings I don't make people wait for 40 minutes...! Just rude and I'll never get used to this. Oh there was an uncomfortable moment while waiting, the two receptionists/clerks/secretaries were screaming at each other with a very nasty tone about being interrupted when one of them was on the phone. Strange. The doctor was fine, I might consider going back to see her, but the whole process was just cumbersome.
Dr. Saini was very nice and professional. The wait was less than 5 minutes and she was very efficient. The office is clean and easy to find.
She explained everything, and was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
She was friendly and listened while I explained what was wrong wIth my face. she even gave me a complimentary consultation with a skin specialist. Only wish she gave me more detail on why my skin was breaking
very professional, helpful & efficient
eh.. she seemed stand-offish and not too interested
Doctor was very helpful and kind, wait times were good. The follow up visit was a little unnecessary so probably could have saved that expense.
doc was straight forward, very responsive to my concerns & detailed everything clearly. see you in 2 weeks!
She was nice but it was rushed appointment and I had to wait 30 mins to be seen.
She's great! Thorough, expedient, listens to her patients.
Very good doctor and saw the doctor immediately
She was quick and helpful! I trust her with helping my acne clear away. By following her treatment my acne has disappeared
An hour wait time too long but the dermatologist was very good
The doctor and her staff were great. Understanding my skin condition and wants to prescribe the correct creams for me.
It was great, friendly staff and I was in and out .
Doctor is not results oriented. She treated me as a walking insurance payment for an extended period of time, and I'm no better off after six months of treatment at any of the three skin conditions I saw her for.
Had some back office billing issues which were a nightmare otherwise OK
It was nice I got seen right away. However my check over was over in what felt like 2mins. She didn't find anything serious, but then I felt that she could have been a bit more thorough.
I couldn't be happier with Dr. Saini. She is professional, knowledgeable, and has a perfect bedside manner. I was there just for a routine screening, but she also offered great advice for a specific issue I am having. Additionally, the office staff was very well- organized, helpful and pleasant. I very highly recommend this doctor.
I thought Dr Saini was very professional. She didn't keep me waiting long and was patient in answering all of my questions. She also offers a good combination of dermatological services plus cosmetic services and didn't try to push anything.
They never filled my prescription and when I called about it they said they would call me back but never did. Also, I felt like they were trying to sell me a bunch of products. Was really hoping to go to a doctor and not a store.
She was very helpful and honest. The wait time was long but it's a nice office. Everyone is helpful, although the front desk woman seemed to be doing a little too much work to speak to anyone in the office.
Clean office. Efficient and competent staff. Doctor was nice and friendly and to the point. I wish the rest of the doctors on my issuance provider list were this good!
The wait time was short and the bedside manner was great! Dr. Saini really listened to my concerns and gave advice. The office decor was nice and comfortable. However, She prescribed me two medications. One of them requires a prior authorization. 10 days later, I am still not able to get my medication. My pharmacist has been updating me every 2-3 days on my medication and advised me to call Dr. Saini and ask her to call my insurance company to help speed up the process. It seemed that the responsibility has been delegated to one of Dr. Saini's staff, who I tried to reach and failed to return my and my pharmacist's calls.
Dr. Saini treated me for basal cell and squaemos cell carcinomas on my face with MOHS surgery. I was concerned about scarring but Dr. Saini was very careful about how the scars were aligned so as not to be so noticeable and with some coverup they scarcely show. Her staff is very empathetic and I almost look forward to my appointments. Thank you Dr. Saini
I would highly recommend Dr. Saini to anyone looking for a great dermatologist. She was very thorough with explaining any concerns I had and answered all of my questions. Wait time was minimal, less then 10 minutes, and the staff was very pleasant.
I love my Dermatologist!!!!!! I did not have to wait long to see Dr. Saini. She seemed concerned and was very patient with all of my skin issues. My skin is actually clearing up because of the medication she recommended to me!!! I have not had clear skin and suffered with cystic acne for well over a year but I am happy to say that Dr. Saini has helped me beyond words. Thank you Dr. Saini!!!!!!
The treating doctor was great very knowledgeable, front desk girls were very kindly. The onlything I was concern about it is that they should have more sample of epiduo. Otherwise the visit was really good.
Pretty impersonal and in a bit of a rush.
Poor bedside manner and rushed appt. I would not recommend.
Not very helpful.
I felt it was kind of rushed. I received prescriptions and I was told I should get a facial in the their office and was given the price list for services.
Very Professional. Knows her stuff!
Dr. Saini had wonderful bedside manner and made a difficult situation a lot easier. Explained everything in a clear and caring way. I would highly recommended this dermatologist.
After my initial visit which consisted of a biopsy, I was told that I would be contacted within a week if I needed to come back. Two weeks went by and I never heard anything, so I assumed everything was fine. I received a bill in the mail and decided to call the doctor before paying to ensure that everything checked out. The woman on the phone told me that I actually needed to book another appointment to have a mole removed, and she was sorry that I wasn't contacted. The doctor's office offered a few excuses (woman who was supposed to call no longer works there / they took down wrong phone number), although the excuses were not satisfactory since all of my contact info is available in ZocDoc (which is what I booked the appointment through), and it's unacceptable that they have no system to verify that patients had been contacted with test results. Despite the red flag, I booked another appointment, not wanting to risk my health, The doctor did a fine job, removing an irregular mole the size of a pencil eraser, although it left a massive scar the size of a silver dollar..
Quick n easy very comfortable
Dr. Saini was very patient genuinely concerned about every complaint that I had. I'm not very good at remembering what I write on those chart forms, but she actually read that too and asked more questions about it and or to see any moles in question.
I had a great experience. I was seen quickly and Dr. Saini was friendly and able to treat me quickly, without stress. I felt taken care of. I also got a free cosmetic consultation, but felt a little pressured to get products and a treatment. Other than that, an excellent experience.
Dr. Saini was very kind, attentive, and quick. She listened to my needs and worked with me to find meds that are covered by my insurance and that address my issues. I really liked her. Her front desk staff, however, was somewhat unpleasant and two of them actually got in quite a heated (and loud) argument with each other while myself and another patient were sitting in the waiting room. Not really what you want to experience on your first visit to a new doctor!
Great bedside manner, lovely staff, beautiful facilities.
Receptionist not very nice. Did not even greet me.
Its a good doctor, just dont like that she send the prescript to one pharmacy and not at my pharmacy. And I'm waiting for to process the paper long time. But all other are good
Fantasic, quick and on-point.
Didn't have to wait long to see her and found her to be quick (but not rushed), efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Doctor Saini was very professional and knowledgeable. Her office staff was very pleasant and efficient. This was my first visit and I highly recommend her.
She was helpful. I was hoping she would have been a bit more friendly though!
After scheduling my visit with Dr Saini on ZocDoc, her secretary immediately rescheduled it without talking to me. I received a phone message and an email stating this change, but never asking if I was available for the new time. After coming to a compromise on appointment time I finally saw Dr Saini. I expressed concern of previous medication that I had issue with, and after a very brief appointment she prescribed medication with no conversation. (This is obviously my fault, but) after picking up my prescription from the pharmacy, I realized that she had prescribed a new medication with the exact same active ingredient that I'd expressed concern with. Her bedside manner is phenomenal, and I do find her to be very personable. But overall, I'm rather upset by my visit.
Really nice office and staff!
There are plenty of positive reviews for Dr. Saini so I was looking forward to my appointment. With about a 15-20 minute wait, the office staff was very nice... but I wasn't there to see the staff. I would give Dr. Saini two stars overall. I would give one more if she ACTUALLY LOOKED at my face, another if she spent longer than THREE MINUTES with me, and a 5th star if she explained what she was prescribing me and how to use it properly. I felt like just another patient with an easy co-pay. With so many dermatologists in NYC, I probably won't be seeing her again. To say the least, I was very disappointed and underwhelmed.
She had a terrible bedside manner, never looked me in the eye, and seemed bored or uninterested the whole time. She also asked me if I wanted something lanced without explaining what it would cost and I didn't realize until a month later that it significantly added to my bill. I will not be visiting her again.
She's completely straight forward and to the point. She sliced off one of my moles in less than one minute. I also got an awesome facial because I had extra time from their in house esthetician for $89, a summer special. She's awesome.
I was there a year ago when she had a temporary sub for her maternity leave. That doctor was great. This time, when I finally met Dr. Saini, I was very underwhelmed. I was there for only a yearly check up, nothing else so it was quick and matter of fact but no special personal touch. I will probably keep going since I don't have serious acne problems and just need a doctor for prescription refills. But, I would not recommend Dr. Saini for someone going to a dermatologist for the first time.
She was very knowledgeable. Her staff was very friendly.
Fast and sweet!
It was a good visit to get my questions answered. The front desk staff did sound like they were having drama amongst themselves though, and that was a little awkward.
Waited about 20 minutes for a quick check of my skin, including moles that my PCP recommended I get checked out. Happy that a routine check didn't take too long, though it's understandable if some would like more of a conversation with their dermatologist. This was my first dermatological appointment, so I'm not sure how other office operate, but this seemed to be more geared towards aesthetic treatments though it accepted my health insurance.
The doctor gave me prescription that were not cover by my insurance even though I told her what I needed. She didnt ask me or tell me that the products were not covered; I asked to speak to the doctor about prescription that are cover she wasn't available. So in front of patients in the waiting room I had to tell the assistant what medication I needed, I can't afford what the doctor recommended and my skin problem. The woman at the front desk was very short with me after this incident. This office is about money and not helping patients that have medicaid.
The visit went well.. the staff are friendly and I got seen right away
Terrible staff, terrible customer service. To her credit, I made an appt to have my face checked out. She checked it out, made a quick prescription. Took a whole lot of knowledge and ability. Thanks Doc. And to all you clients out there who decide you actually want to take a chance with this office, make sure you understand their definition of "surgery." It means a completely non-invasive procedure, after which nothing actually has to happen. Literally, nothing. But you'll see a charge on your insurance claim. Try your best not to ask anyone at the office about it though, because someone named Marka may pick up the phone and hang up on you. She's really well educated and really great with clients! Very patient. She takes her job really seriously, so be sure not to bother her with ANY of your concerns because in the end, she matters more than you. Oh, and she's very good at retaining clients. Just ask me when my next appointment will be.
Dr Ritu Saini was very nice and had excellent bedside manner. She made me feel extremely comfortable. I felt the visit was a little rushed as she spent the most time looking at the two sun spots I had pointed out. I wondered if there had been more spots she had overlooked as she brushed over my body so quickly.
With Medicaid you get nothing, but with cash everything is possible. Insurance companies don't treat all pain equally, and that's a metric that hurts the economy, more so if patients have to go to the hospital on account of this "privileged" system.
I made an appointment to see Dr. Saini for a severe rash that broke out after being outdoors. This was my first experience to a dermatologist and it was probably the worst appointment I've ever had. The entire check-up took 10 minutes where I was prescribed 4 different medicines and a biopsy was performed. Before the biopsy, the doctor and nurse did not explain anything about the procedure and I had to ask all the questions like, "What should I expect while you perform this biopsy?" For a first time patient who has never done one, you would expect the doctor/nurse to prepare you for it. The entire time, I felt that Dr. Saini was extremely rushed. I was expecting a thorough check-up where I would be asked about my medical history and I also planning to have a recurring visit to the doctor on other skin issues. Unfortunately, I wasn't asked anything and will never return to this clinic. In my follow-up appointment to get the stitches removed from the biopsy and get the biopsy results, Dr. Saini DID NOT EVEN COME TO CHECK UP ON MY RECOVERY. I was told by the nurse that the results showed that it was a skin irritation (obviously) or some poisonous bug that caused my rash. They did not know what else could potentially cause me to develop such symptoms and if anything comes up, just return for an appointment. This follow-up appointment took 10 minutes as well. Although the medication helped to relieve my symptoms, I have to say that this experience was terrible. I could have saved myself the money and looked on google for some real information. I repeat, I will never return to this clinic and do not recommend it to anyone.
The whole experience from the office staff to the visit with the Dr. herself was great. I highly recommend Dr. Saini.
Fast and very nice the Dr. And her team!!!!
I felt rushed until I brought up a cosmetic procedure. Then she brought out the books and took plenty of time to speak with me. I was there for a skin cancer screening. The entire screening took about 5 minutes. I did not feel that she was at all thorough (I feel that I should probably be screened again). Finally after the screening was finished, I asked about a spot on my arm, she then took a biopsy. I felt that she should have seen it during the screening.
Dr. Saini was polite and professional. I got the information that I needed, but wasn't really able to establish any sort of real doctor - patient relationship, as the actual visit was pretty short. Overall, a positive experience.
She was excellent and very helpful for the condition I had.
I will not be going back, and I didn't fill any of the prescriptions I was given. The biggest problem was a total disregard for privacy. I went for a skin screening, which means being naked and in a paper gown. The bed I was supposed to sit on was placed right beside the door on the side it opens (so that even a few inches open would show me). As if that weren't bad enough, the doctor didn't knock before entering, and then didn't check anything before opening the door to the hallway when she left. When she pulled it wide open to leave, three people were passing the doorway. I also don't think she did a good job. She was cursory and barely glanced at my body. She didn't look at areas covered by my panties and bra until I asked her to, and even then, she just pulled the fabric up and saw about half the covered area. Instead, she immediately started writing down acne prescriptions for me. I had no asked for acne treatment, and I wasn't particularly interested in it but whatever. However, I remembered after she left that acne medication can be very dangerous to fetuses, and I'm trying to get pregnant. I found the doctor in the hallway and asked whether the medication was safe for pregnancy. She said she wouldn't recommend any of the prescriptions during pregnancy. We could have avoided that whole conversation (or a potential malpractice claim) if she had asked me if I was pregnant, nursing, or planning on getting pregnant before giving me medications that would be dangerous. My chart said I was on one medication, not a birth control, so she should have asked. Everything that happened seemed sloppy and rushed. I won't go back, and I wish I could get my copay back.
Firstly the doctor does not look like the one on the picture. Secondly I did all my forms online so I wouldn't have to do this in the office wasting time. I was asked to review the filled out forms and sign two additional ones, which took no more than five minutes. I took my son with me because I expected it to be quick and painless but after a 50 minute wait I got into the exam room, changed into a gown in a minute and the doctor was gone for another 10 minutes seeing another patient my son was over the appointment and so was I at this point. Doctor finally came in, checked my body for any abnormal looking moles and after I pointed one out she did a biopsy on it. She got a nurse to turn on a lamp for her, leaving the exam room door opened and me exposed. The only reason I would go back is because it's close to my house, the wait even with her apologies was unacceptable, doctor wasn't too talkative, I didn't like the exam room door being left open. Let's see how this biopsy thing turns out and if need be I will give this place another chance. When I asked the doctor if the wait is always so long she said no and that the check-in processing takes at least 20 minutes, it shouldn't though if you take your time to fill out the forms ahead of time so that's not acceptable. She also said she just got back from vacation so that's why it's so crazy there as well. Hmmm the jury is still out if I will have to visit the office again. If I do and I have a better experience I will review again.
Tried to pop a potential cyst. Careless about moles.
She was pleasant, but definitely didn't take the time to really get to know me, a new patient who had never been screened before by any skin specialist. I sort of felt like it was a waste of her time, but who knows - maybe she was having a bad day.
She is efficient, smart, and no nonsense! Love her!
Will see her again.
So fast, but thorough! I'll be back.
Doctor wasn't knowledgeable of hyperpigmentation
It wasn't very helpful overall. I left with a diagnosis of sensitive skin and cortinsone cream. She spent less than 5 minutes with me. If asked if I could do a full body exam, she said I needed to make another. appointment
Rushed and noT very pleasant. I wouldn't recommend her.
Fast, thorough and efficient.
Dr. Saini is great. She always gives a thorough examination and explains what's happening; she's great with answering any questions.
Dr Saini is a master of the art of fillers. I decided to give myself a makeover after a difficult winter, and she did a fantastic job. I look like I just got back from a long, restful vacation when I was ten years younger.
Very professional, first visit she immediately asked questions the previous doctor never inquired about.
The mole I had removed left quite a scar. I've had others removed with substantially less scaring than this, so it was disappointing to be left with what will likely be a large, permanent mark. In addition, I felt pretty rushed throughout the visit. She seemed more concerned about asking me to rate her online than whether I was at ease.
Dr. Saini is very thorough and provides you with an explanation of any and all procedures/questions you might have. She manages your expectations and takes the time to treat you like a person. She has a great personality and bedside manner and I would highly recommend her.
Great bedside manner. In and out
I came in for a skin check and felt that I was not given enough attention or time. She didn't take any pictures, even after I told her skin cancer runs in my family. I felt very rushed.
I was very pleased by the staff and the doctor. I was not made to understand why a bump on my head was not covered and the same type of bump on my arm was covered on my insurance. They were also a little weird about a procedure I had done. To be fair the mole was in a weird place (I was uncomfortable about telling them too) but they are the professionals and I am the meat and the bumps on the meat are the bumps no matter where they are. They could have handled this better.
Always very pleasant and professional.
My daughter's acne disappeared within a week and her skin looks amazing. Do not book the appointment on the days she has surgeon because you will wait a long time. Non surgery day waiting periods were pretty short.
She did a great job the treatment for the warts work and it fell off
I think that dr saini is a great dermatologist
Short wait and friendly doctor
She was friendly but did not do a thorough exam and basically just asked what brought me in and then wrote me a few prescriptions. She also tried selling me overpriced products that they have in the office that can be found much cheaper in Walgreens.
Liked doctor, staff needs training. Not the most professional "Dr's office" atmosphere. I did notice some snickering. The woman at the computer could use a little grooming as well.
I think that Dr. Saini is both professional and personable. She always answers questions and addresses concerns. Dr. Saini is excellent at diagnosing and treating skin cancer.
I had a 3:00 PM appointment and her waiting room was full. I thought I would have to wait for an hour but she took me right away based on what I described was wrong with me on when I made my appointment on ZocDoc.
Exceptional physician with great bedside manner. Within seconds she took interest in me as a person AND as a patient. Made small talk throughout the procedure that I had done, which took my mind off the needles, etc. Always ensured my comfort, asked about pain level/lack thereof, etc. Will definitely be back.
Dr. Saini didn't really take the time to ask about my medical condition. She didn't even touch me (not even with gloves). I guess being a dermatologist must be nice. But I expected more than a 2 minute visit and the ubiquitous steroid prescription. No explanation as to the cause of the condition, or interest in my well being.
the doctor visit was excellent Dr was very helpful and professional
My initial appointment went well, but my follow up treatments were littered with issues - late start time, multiple professionals observing without my OK, uncomfortable / not fully set-up treatment room, poor reaction to the treatment but the doctor had already left for the day (!!!). I was going to give them another chance, but then they cancelled on me before the second treatment as the machine was out for servicing (??). To their credit, they did refund the two treatments I had pre-paid in fairly short order (within 3 weeks). I have the sense that this will one day be a great business, but with their recent move / new staff members, I did not have a good experience and will not be returning.
My experience was mediocre at BEST. I waited 10 min in the office before someone appeared at the front desk to check me in, and multiple patients arriving after me were seen prior to me - I waited over 45 minutes past my appt time to be seen. I realize it's not a McDonald's but come on. Dr. Saini was... fine. The exam was cursory but I didn't have time to ask questions anyway since I was already delayed by an hour. Will absolutely not return again.
It was quick once I was seen. Very professional.
Very long wait for a very short time with the doctor. She didn't ask many questions but seemed to know how she wanted to treat the condition. I would have wished she would get more information to base her decisions on.
I waited for 20-25 minutes to see Dr. Saini. When she came into the room, she comes in and does not even close the door all the way. Looks at my rash for less than 2 minutes, does not ask much questions, and then walks me out.
I thought that Dr. Ritu Saini was great, but it seemed like she was kind of in a rush, as didn't examine my skin at all-- but maybe she could just see what was going on right away. The office personnel whispered to each other when I came up to get my prescription, which was not professional, especially considering that they were looking at my personal information. Also, it took a long time to fill in the first-time patient information and for them to input it into their computers. I wish when they had called to confirm the appointment that they had told me that it would take so long because my appointment was delayed for about an hour due to all this processing.
Friendly, knowledgeable, not too long of a wait. Called in Rxs right away. Would see her again.
thorough, knowledgeable, didn't make me feel rushed. office seems to run efficiently, but i was the only patient there at that time...
Amazing, as usual. She is kind and patient; always explains everything, never rushed.
Very professional and kind. Thorough examination. Would visit again if i had other skin issues.
I had the first appointment of the day and waited outside the office for 20 minutes for someone to arrive to unlock the door. This not only happened once.. but twice. Dr. Saini probably only spent 5 minutes in the office with me before perscribing me something. Luckily it did the trick! I also have tried to refill a prescription with this office which was pretty simple since i gave them the exact name of the medication to be called in, followed up with them, followed up with them again... 5 phone calls later, finally got a prescription filled at the pharmacy that was of course.. the wrong perscription.
Dr. Saini is on maternity leave but her replacement was excellent.
The wait was quick. I was the first appointment of the day so I'm sure this helped. Dr Saini had a really nice bedside manner and made you feel comfortable. She also educated me on what to look out for in terms of changes with the skin. I had a simple procedure that was quick and she was very gentle. I would highly reccomend and will go back again
Long wait, good doctor.
Dr. Sani's bedside manner was warm and caring. She explained medical information with me in a way that was thorough yet easy to understand. I highly recommend Dr. Saini and plan to use her as my dermatologist going forward.
Dr. Saini is sweet , smart and through. Go to her!
She was very knowledgeable, and friendly. Also loved the fact that I was pushed to buy any of the skin products.
Nice but did take a long time, especially for early in the morning.
Dr Saini and her staff were absolutely wonderful, she answered all my questions and was very well informed.
Not bad, but wait time is too long, I would not waste my time there next time
Dr. Ritu Saini was very nice. I would go back to her. My only complaint was the wait time.
Dr. Saina seemed nice I guess. I'm cutting her some slack since she was very pregnant but after waiting an hour to be seen, everyone in the waiting room was told she had to step out due to an emergency visit since she was pregnant. They said she would be back shortly so since I had already waited an hour I decided to wait a little longer. 45 minutes later they called me in and placed me in a room to change out of my clothes and wait for her. I ended up waiting another hour in the room wearing nothing but underwear lying down on a reclined seat (I fell asleep). When she finally came in she was apologetic and was visibly very pregnant - she checked my body and said everything seemed OK. It was rather quick. She said she was going to recommend some creams since I complained about some mild acne and black heads on my back. I did a lot of the talking and she just stared and didn't really have much to say. I told her I had had a facial done a year ago but didn't really get anything out of it so decided not to return. She then recommended I speak with someone in her office about a facial consult - something I clearly did not want since I felt it did nothing for me- then she was gone. When I went up to the front desk they tried selling a facial wash to me for $25 - She didn't say anything to me about this. When the front desk clerk saw I was a bit confused and was asking questions she went on to say that I didn't have to buy it..the doctor was only recommending it. I didn't buy it. I will most likely not return.
Dr Saini was very professional and knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. After diagnosing my skin condition, Dr Saini patiently explained the who, what and where of the surgical procedure I needed. I felt comfortable in her ability and I was glad I made the appointment to see her. Additionlly, her staff is very competent and pleasant and the waiting room was very modern and clean. If you are in the Rockaway or Manhattan area, I recommend you make an sppointment.
The doctor was nice enough but the receptionist at the front was very rude. I waited over half an hour for an appointment that took less than 3 minutes. I won't be going back here.
My visit with Dr Ritu went well, all my questions were answered. I'm very satisfied, and I will go back.
Great - really appreciate her professionalism, thorough exam, and explanations of what we should be concerned about and what the plan was for testing and treatment.
She wasn't bad but it did feel a little rushed. I do not feel that the Dr. took the time to really examine everything and make me feel comfortable about any and everything. I showed her a skin tag I have and she just said that its nothing but a skin tag and I do not need to worry about - didn't offer any options for removal, just dismissed it without really seeing if I had any concerns or wanted to take any action about it. Overall, she is probably quite knowlledgable and good at what she does but I prefer a little more care and attention in a doctor that I would be trying to continue to see long term.
She was very nice and helpful, but we waited over an hour to c the doctor for 5 minutes!! :(
Not sure that a 30 min wait time should be acceptable. Otherwise experience was fine. To the point and fixed my issues
From the moment I walked in everyone was very nice to me. The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly. The nurse who saw me was also extremely nice and was helpful in my diagnosis. The Dr. came in right after the nurse left (so no wait time) and was very friendly and down to earth. She listened and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She also gave me a lot of free samples and emailed the pharmacy my prescription so I didn't have to bring it myself. Overall I highly recommend her for great bedside manner and being very thorough.
She was very professional and thorough. She put me at ease and efficiently examined me and reviewed my issues.
well I can't speak because i was a little late,Icalled to say I was late but because I wanted her to speak to me with my dad there, she did take us and I appreciated how the whole part rolled. Going Friday for my real first appointment.
Dr Saini was excellent. She was very personable and proffesional. She gave enough attention to my problem as well as examined me properly. Asked many questions as well as family medical history. Dr Saini suggested a treatment plan and follow up visit. I also asked about moles and a skin discoloration that looked unusual. She took the time to examine me further and put me at ease for saying those are normal however if i wanted to get them removed she could do that. Overall i had a great experience. My apointment was on my lunch break and short walking distance from my work. Will recommend Dr Saini to family and friends.
Dr Saini was very approachable and made sure all of my questions were answered. I appreciated that she wasn't the type to force any unneeded biopsies or procedures unless they were absolutely urgent. She took time to educate me and yet the office visit was very efficient. I only waited 10 minutes past my scheduled time.
I felt like she didn't listen or care about anything I was saying during our very brief appointment. Rather than discuss anything I brought up, she just gave me a ton of prescriptions. Then she sent in her aesthetician to give me a facial consultation. Last but not last, she tried to sell me a $22 bottle of lotion that had the practice's logo on it. Not only was this strange since we didn't discuss this lotion during my appointment, but also off-putting because it looked so sketchy. Also the office could use a fresh paint job and light bulbs that aren't dimming.
Dr. Saini is both kind and efficient. She is an excellent doctor who I highly recommend!
She is a doctor that is very professional and thourough.
She was professional and quick; only went in for a routine annual exam and it served the purpose. She asked if I had questions which I didn't so the conversation was brief. It would have been nice to receive some proactive tips considering it was my first appointment (or even more background on what the office offers) but all in all, it was a good experience.
Experiencia muy satisfactoria
The doctor spent literally 3 minutes with me. Didn't talk to me about my issue, history or preventive methods. Also Wasn't very nice at all. The she sent in the estheticion to sell me spa treatments. It was obnoxious. It's a week later and my prescription was never called in to the pharmacy. I would never go back there.
The wait time was minimal, the nurse and receptionist were very friendly and nice. Doctor Saini was good and extrememly quick...which is nice, however I would have probably liked more thorough explainations and wouldn't have minded spending more time in the office if it meant understanding what was going on with my skin a bit more.
She was professional and offered suggestions for well being.
Warm, knowledgeable, attentive
Great bedside manner
Her receptionist told me she comes in at 9:20am, so don't book at 9am appt!
Waited slightly over an hour. Saw the doctor for 5-10 minutes and left with the same level of knowledge as I had before: I still don't know the condition, the cause or how i can prevent it. Re-prescribed a symptom reliever that I told her I have used before and asked me to follow up if the issue persists. No, thank you.
The doctor was nice, though her physician's assistant was much more helpful. The wait time was far too long (30 mins+).
It was good I recieve lots of information about my condition.
very pleasant. The office was clean
Very nice, receptionist was a witch with a broom.
She was great! Fast, but thorough. Listened to my concerns, prescribed me something for my peace of mind even though it ended up being nothing major.
Very friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.
The doctor was absolutely amazing and listened to my questions and provided answers to them all.
I had a great experience. I was late and she still made time to see me, made everything super efficient and loved that they called in my prescription instead of making me take it to a pharmacy. I'd definitely recommend her to friends.
I wish Dr Saini received me in person, and took more time to understand my skins problem. I found the appointment with her to be a little bit expeditive. Her assistant was fined though
Dr. Saini is my regular dermatologist; I have been seeing her annually., I found her knowledgeable and qualified. While the appointments feel a little rushed, she does take time to answer questions and has caught a couple of items that needed attending to....
Extremely pleasant and professional
I was very pleased with my treatment. She is very professional and knowledgeable.
I love my appointments with Dr Saini. She is so good at seeing what I need and she is very gentle and caring. Also she is mindful of her patients budgets. She doesn't try to get you to try things you don't need.I always leave feeling energized and good about myself. Thank you so much Dr Saini. You are the best.
appointment felt very rushed. did not care to hear out patient concerns, just seems to care about making money off of patients. the wash she gave me caused inflammation and a bad reaction, called office three times to speak with her, never got a hold of her. She also seemed to have a nasty attitude the whole time i was there. unprofessional
the wait was long due to the aftermath of hurricane sandy, but dr. saini was great. she was thorough, had great bedside manner, fully explained things, and even checked to see if there was more that she could do for me than what i had originally come in for.
Very friendly and professional. Clean office, nice staff.
Patient, kind and took care of my problems so well today! Will def go to her and her assistant again.
Professional, warm, and kind. I immediately felt very comfortable with her. Highly recommended.
Dr. Ritu and her staff are extremely polite and attentive. I did not feel rushed. She provided me with ample samples and actually sales her own line of wash which has been working wonders so far!
Overall very good experience. Both the doctor and her staff were very friendly and attentive.
I found the office to be very warm and friendly. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Dr Saini was very professional and answered all of my questions. I was in the office on an extremely busy afternoon and I didn't feel rushed during my appointment. I will definitely recommend Dr. Saini to friends and will be a returning patient.
Bueno. Fast with the zit killing.
Dr. Ritu Saini was great-very friendly and professional. Both her physician's assistant and receptionist were very friendly as well. My only complaint is the 30+ minute wait time.
Great service, very attentive.
I had a one hour long wait. There were no apologies, but a brisk body scan. She did answer my questions but was trying to hurry it so I felt uncomfortable asking more. Then tried to sell me her products. I hate it when doctors and spas do that. I probably won't return to her. I want a doctor who is willing to spend time with me and be patient with my questions.
Very friendly and professional.
Felt totally rushed.
after 15 years finally found a doctor that makes you feel like your her only paicent .wish i lived closer to her office
The office staff was friendly and Dr. Saini was great. She was friendly and thorough. I have already recommended her to coworkers. Thanks!
shes so nice and really cares about your needs!!!!
My appointment with Dr. Saini was great. She was very professional, easy to talk to and fast. I came for a check up on my moles/freckles. I definitely recommend that everyone go in for this type of check up each year.. I know I will definitely be back to Dr. Saini!
Dr. Saini is very smart, very friendly, have lot of patience to hear all my concerns, caring and easily took care of every concern expressed. I have been to several dermatologists in my neighborhood who really into making money and not really helping the patient however Dr. Saini changed my fears about dermatologist and increase my trust. The trip to her Manhattan office is long however it is really worth going all the way from Floral Park. I highly recommend Dr. Saini.
She's patient and knows exactly what she's doing. Very informative and caring.
Great appointment. She is very thorough and attentive.
Very nice! I didn't wait at all, she took me right at the time my appointment was for. Will use her again
Knowledgeable, friendly and provides you with all the information you need.
Comfortable expressing concerns. Felt listened to, she paid attention and did nor rush me. She was repectful Her diagnosis was accurate. Getting meds electronically sent to pharmacy took 3 phone calls to make it happen. Would return.
Dr. Saini was wonderful. She took the time to explain everything to me in order to insure I understand the information.
I waited a bit over half hr., but she was nice.
Very courteous and pleasant doctor to deal with. Knew about my concerns right away and went to work with the procedure to get rid of whatever I went to her for. Did it very quickly and efficiently - she made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Would recommend her, and would go to her again if needed.
Given the reviews I'd read and a full waiting room, I was prepared for a long wait time. But surpringly I was taken within 10 minutes of arriving and minutes after submitting my new patient paperwork. The doctor immediately came in and quickly asked me for my complaint, assessed it, and prescribed me meds with 5-7 minutes. Dr. Saini is very fast, to the point, and in and out so if you like a lot of attention and conversation she isn't for you. She's clearly all about efficiency so her bedside manners suffers a bit, but I don't mind that. Overall, I'd recommend her.
To my satifaction.
A very competent doctor. Great attitude and informative. Unfortunately every time I have been, the waiting room time is beyond excessive. Today I waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
I was running late and they were kind enough and still accept my appointment.
Dr Saini was very outgoing and addressed all my needs. She remembered me from a year ago and took her time and didn't rush through the examination
Dr. Saini was great to talk to, listened to all of my concerns and addressed them with creative solutions. Haven't tried the medication yet so I can't comment on the efficacy of her solutions. Only complaint is that I waited FOREVER, not just in the waiting room but also after the nurse brought me back and I was waiting to see Dr. Saini.
She was very attentive to my needs and gave full explanation to my diagnosis. Her experience and education shows. The only thing I can complain about is the wait time, which was about 30 minutes late.
Dr. Saini was thorough.I have a follow up appointment with her.
I have been a patient of Dr. Saini for a little over a year now and already she has done wonders with my face. I would not trust anyone else!
Seemed like a nice lady but I really resent the fact that I had to wait over an hour when I had an appointment to see her. As an hourly employee who had to take time off work for a doctors appointment, I find the wait time extremely unprofessional. The staff was unapologetic. Unless you have a lot of time to kill, go somewhere else.
As a new client there was some paperwork to fill out and a short wait, which is certainly normal. She quickly figured out a regimen based on my needs and previous treatment, and I look forward to returning. The staff was great too!
The wait time is way too long and the receptionist is not always at her desk which makes getting in and getting out a little frustrating and they book too many appointments at the same time.
She seemed distracted and not fully engaged during my appointment. I told her what my last dermatologist prescribed me and she hardly looked at my face before agreeing and writing me a prescription for the same thing. I felt like she was really pushing her own products.
She's decent, but I've seen better dermatologists. I would maybe try someone else first. She's definitely nice and seems knowledgeable, but maybe she's just not as experienced as some of the other dermatologists I've seen?
She's amazing! She took time to really listen and gave me great information!
Dr. Saini was extremely professional, courteous and very helpful. I will be going back to purchase a product she introduced to me for my hair thinning problem, she made my day!! Excellent Doctor who I would recommend to anyone that needs help with skin or hair!!
very nice doctor!! comfortable environment ,delicate manners ,very professional! highly recommended!!
I thought she was wonderful. She made me feel completely comfortable talking to her about my problem and she actually listened and talked about it with me. At no moment did i ever feel rush from my appointment. She explained to me exactly what i have and how we should come about it in a manner I would understand. Not just medical terms that nobody can understand. I am definitely sticking with Dr. Saini. Also the group in her office was great.
Awesome! Very nice, professional chatty. I was a half hour late and they were super understanding and saw me within 15 minutes.
She was very short -- her assistant was very pleasant.
It was a great experience.
Very pleasant and professional - high marks from me.
Dr. Saini and her nurse were great. She called my prescription in while I was still there so it was at the pharmacy waiting by the time I got home. She listened to my issues and did the most she could so it was cleared up in time for my vacation. Very insightful, would definitely recommend!
Dr. Saini is very personable and thorough. I will definitely return.
