What to Expect
During the initial session, Bella will take time learning about you and gaining insight into the motivating factors that led you to your desired health goals. The initial assessment will include discussions about medical history, diet history, current dietary patterns, current supplement/medication routine, and general lifestyle habits.
In her free time, Bella enjoys going on runs or walks outside while listening to a good podcast. When she's feeling adventurous in the kitchen, she loves trying out new recipes.
