I'm Kristi Lozinto, and I've been working in the field of nutrition for over 13 years. I graduated from San Francisco State in 2021 and earned my license as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in April 2023. I became a Certified Lactation Educator in 2015 and have been helping mom's reach their nutrition and breastfeeding goals. I've worked with many families to help them improve their overall health and nutrition. I've counseled many individuals with Diabetes, weight loss, weight gain, eating disorders and other medical conditions. My focus is to help individuals improve their quality of life by improving their health with what they have to work with.
